Didn’t it was awful plus staff where not friendly

Everything really bad found it dirty plus the manager wanted a deposit For what?

We were not told about it, it’s not a problem thou We got a food of our own.

I’m not really a complainer, I just love the ambiance of the place.

I appreciate the welcoming staff, and security officers the are kind

1. No cooking is allowed 2. It's far from city and taxi is expensive to downtown around between 400 to 500 pesos. 3. Area around the place is not much clean and you might face issues finding halal food for Muslims over there there. 4. Room is very small, it is only good for one or two but not for long time. 5. Air condition is old fashioned, but but in acceptance range. 6. No enough kitchen tools like forks, rice cooker, and other stuff. 7. Bellows were not in right size, one big and the other was small. 8. If you are going to Manila I always would suggest you to book a hotel with free breakfast, then search for halal food near by. 9. Cockroach 🪳 were showing up from time to time, so don't leave your food uncovered.

Noisy,strong music from the natives,

I liked nothing in the hotel. There was no wifi no slipper in the room or in washroom. Not a phone to call in the reception. Its not like hotel environment its like public residential building. Better avoid .

We were placed on the 8th floor with front door right next to an ungated very very steep and dangerous staircase.

Breakfast was cold cold

The room was clean and nea. The staff are very accomodating.

Breakfast was fairly fine. There are mini 24h grocery stores and food stalls just outside the area. The Hotel room is spacious.

The shower is broken; The TV has no cable/programs for the entire stay; there were cockroaches. It is near the airport but you need to take the taxi especially if you have a big luggage( taxis are not always available). Accessibility in terms to location and transportation, not so good.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, pleasant helpful staff.

No facility for cooking.
