Came here as our first girls holiday and we absolutely loved staying here. Was very clean and spacious and we had a balcony on the third floor. Close enough to walk to the beach and local cafes and we walked to Brighton along the seafront most days. Would definitely recommend.

No cutlery even though it said it would be fully equipped. The extra bed was overpriced and wasn’t put up for us. We were not given an extra pillow for the extra bed.

A beautifully presented flat, with great facilities in a great area close to local shops and a minute walk from Hove station. Would definitely stay again.

A couple of minor issues, I had asked for parking and when we arrived it hadn't been allocated. It was Saturday afternoon and the out of hours contact was helpful but unable to resolve the issue so I finished up having to pay for on street parking until Monday evening because of the rather threatening notices in the spaces alongside the building. Parking in Brighton and Hove is difficult and expensive. However the letting company sorted it out for me on Monday and delivered a permit. Due to Covid restrictions we opted not to have the flat cleaned during our stay so it was a little surprising to find that there were no cleaning materials or spare bin liners provided and disposal of rubbish and recycling was not made clear.

The flat was absolutely clean and comfortable. Great location. The hosts graciously allowed us to check in earlier due to our circumstances.
