The distance to the city could be a problem.

Bath room is very clean, bed room very cozy, upperside balcony is very good.

The water heater on one of the bath room is not well function so we cannot have hot water. The map is not very clear.

The location was good and surrounded by nature

There are no towels, no complimentary tea/coffee in the room. We booked room for 5 people. 3 of the beds were only thin mattresses put on the floor. Why were the conditions different from other properties in the location? Aren't they under the same management?

The fresh air, the sound of water, the wi-fi.

The food is good, but the location is so far from down town, so we don't have so much option for food. There is no towel and hanger for clothing in bathroom. No tissue in the room. Not really worth for the price.

A perfect place to stay if you want to escape from crowded and busy city. It was surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed staying here.

the key is conventional key (no card, no smart lock etc), and each room only receive one.

The staff is so welcome & friendly. The view is wonderful.

The room is so small and too open. So for the people that wearing hijab like me, it is not conform. If i want to see my family in the other room, then i need to wear complete hijab & it is not feel like home. There is no reception desk, so i contact the property by phone. Which is the network is bad. So sometimes i have to get the right position to make call due to poor networking. It will much help if you could provide room phone to contact reception or to order food. The bed is poor,

The scenery was great. The combination of mountain view, clean river and fresh air. The location of our villa were also close to everything nearby (pool, river, and cafe). The staff were also friendly and provide everything we requested.

Beds were too soft and it cause back pain to several of us. Picture that provide in Booking.com needed to be added with details. Before coming, we need to asked directly to property to specify what's include/not inside the property. It would be great if the property provide bath towel and stove in the kitchen.
