Small room but all I required, good faculties, very good location for where I was travelling too and good value.

Great location. Short drive to Plymouth centre. Spacious and very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Towels were big and fluffy. Parking was easy, and right outside. Easy to use, keyless entry system with automatic lights. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied, and good sized mugs. Great comms from the owners.

Great looking bathroom with rainfall shower, but surprisingly and sadly the water flooded out of the shower tray and onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom window didn't open, so it got very hot and steamed up as we took turns to shower. Wasn't expecting biscuits, but having booked for 3 people was slightly strange that there were only 2 biscuits left out. The Wi-Fi was hopelessly poor.

Parking - ended up parking on a double yellow line

Great location. Easy to use code to get in to the room. Well thought out room with plenty of sockets with USB points. Also had a fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and mini ironing board. Lovely shower room too. Small single room but perfect for me. Pub at the end of the road and a shop and takeaways just across the road. Parking opposite.

convenient and clean good location lovely walk around Hooe lake and a big common with play park on the doorstep. there were two pubs in walking distance and parking near the accommodation. Free overnight, then after 8:00am a limit of two hours and no return within four hours.

The room was very small, with our cases in we were rather tripping over each other. Washing up the dishes was done in a bowl filled with a kettle as the sink (in the lavatory) was really only about big enough for a glass to stand on - very shallow and tiny. Also didn’t like washing up dishes in the lavatory.
