Small room but all I required, good faculties, very good location for where I was travelling too and good value.

Great location. Short drive to Plymouth centre. Spacious and very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Towels were big and fluffy. Parking was easy, and right outside. Easy to use, keyless entry system with automatic lights. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied, and good sized mugs. Great comms from the owners.

Great looking bathroom with rainfall shower, but surprisingly and sadly the water flooded out of the shower tray and onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom window didn't open, so it got very hot and steamed up as we took turns to shower. Wasn't expecting biscuits, but having booked for 3 people was slightly strange that there were only 2 biscuits left out. The Wi-Fi was hopelessly poor.

Parking - ended up parking on a double yellow line

Great location. Easy to use code to get in to the room. Well thought out room with plenty of sockets with USB points. Also had a fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and mini ironing board. Lovely shower room too. Small single room but perfect for me. Pub at the end of the road and a shop and takeaways just across the road. Parking opposite.
