We had a great time and enjoyed the home. It was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. I would book with them again in a heartbeat. They were very responsive to all my questions. The pool was the highlight of all of my children’s days! It was clean and the perfect temperature.

We met here for family living in Florida and family outside of Florida! We had a big group and the house was perfect for what we needed. Needed a few repairs but overall served our purpose.

House was extremely clean upon arrival! Communication with owner was great. We had a slight issue with the lockbox and I was worried we’d be locked out for a while, but the host called with a solution almost immediately after I left a message. The pool area in the back is great. Very private, which was nice. The layout of the house made it feel much bigger than it is. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. Neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. Safe, but a bit run down. This house was definitely the nicest one on the block. Beach (Indialantic) is gorgeous and 15 min drive from house. Went to The Dove for Italian (recommendation from book), which was very good. Also got pizza from FM Pizza Oven which was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This property facilitated one of our best extended family vacations. Plenty of room. House was clean, pool was nice. Plenty of towels etc. I believe renting this house made our vacation, it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the area and gave us place to come to that was like home.

The house was just as shown online. We had two families for a total of 7 and we were never over crowded. We rented the house to stay for a ballgame weekend and it was an easy drive. Easy access to I-95, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Spoke with the owner of the property and we were moved to another location. The communication with the owner was awesome. The new rental was beautiful, clean and close to my sons house. Will definitely stay at one of their rental homes next year! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was so nice having the pool. We did have to reach out to the owner (power went out and timer for pool got out of whack). She kept us abreast of when power would return to the community and she sent the property manager to adjust the pool timer to get it back on track from the outage. She was courteous, pleasant and fast with communication. The property was clean and comfortable. The only recommendation I would have, is maybe a sound bar for the TV in the living room — it’s hard to hear the TV when the A/C is running.

Such a perfect house. I stayed with my family of 10 after doing 5 days at Disney world. This was the perfect location to relax and enjoy the rest of our spring break. The pool is so warm and quiet! We didn’t hear a single person. The big living room was great for the kids to watch tv and the parents to play board games/ cards at the table. I can not stress enough how perfect this house was for our family vacation!

Quiet neighbourhood, Lovely and clean, and well stocked with everything you may need. Pool was great fun and cleaned regularly. Recommend.

The house was nice, had all the amenities. Andy was great, addressed all our questions & concerns, almost immediately.

Suitable not Terrific
The home met our needs but had some shortcomings. Good space, some upgrades to older home, but upkeep was not great in some areas. Back yard maintenance poor, from landscape to broken grill burners, old picnic table, pool cleaning net with a hole in it. Several outlets in one BR did not work. Neighborhood so-so. Guess we expected more based on past VRBO's and price. There for three weeks.

Great Stay!
We had a small, casual family gathering here to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. The residence was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the layout was perfect. The great-grandchildren loved the pool. A high-chair was missing and K.C. promptly delivered one. I believe any property managed by K.C. would be in great shape and given the personal attention we received. We were very happy with this property.

Our family rented this property for 3 nights after a 3 night cruise. It was a great place to relax, the place had more than enough room and having the pool was great! I would definitely book again!

Very comfortable
We arrived at the property a few hours before check-in and the property manager allowed our access at that time. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The house was very well stocked and had all the comforts of home. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed the pool. I especially appreciated the prompt communication between me and the property manager. This was our first experience with "Home Away" and I won't hesitate using them again.

Great house! Very comfortable beds and very clean.
We had 7 people stay and it was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable and overall everything we needed. The location is close to the highway so easy to get to and from. I would recommend this house to groups or families. Great pool as well!

Wonderful place to stay with family
We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! We were 6 adults and three children and found the space more than adequate! The kids loved the pool which is much larger than the picture showed. We drove 101/2 hours each way for a wedding and stayed four days. To arrive to a clean home with all the amenities and few clean up rules before leaving truly made our stay relaxing. One of the first VBROs that didn’t require washing all sheets and towels before leaving. Thank you!
