- insectes (fourmis, cafards,…) partout dans l’appartement - Odeurs de remontées d’égouts - Manques d’ustensiles dans la cuisine (2 verres pour 3 personnes, pas de casseroles, …) - Grille pain cassé - travaux dans l’appartement d’à côté - rien pour laver ni essuyer la vaisselle - pas d’eau chaude dans la douche

La ubicación es buena. Es cercana a las BiciPlaya y de fácil acceso caminando

No era igual a las fotografías y tienen muchas reglas un tanto exageradas, (te piden no ensuciar sábanas o toallas, pero en si, las que ellos dan, ya se encuentran percudidas) las almohadas son viejas y no te dejan cobijas. Desde muy temprano y durante todo el día hay mucho ruido de personas trabajando.

In total we were 6 nights with two different booking, and they didn’t clean the apartment. We texted the owner for fresh towels and bed linens but unfortunately he didn’t answer. The bathroom is quite old and dirty.

Thank you so much for hospitality. Never saw staff there but had instructions it's easy to check in and out. Quiet. Great location. I'm local just need to stay a few nights away for some renovation/paints in my apartment. When I arrive, room was big, clean and upgreated to 1 bedroom Ph instead of studio. Towels clean, bed comfortable. A/C, clean and hot shower. Never used kitchen but it was everything for comfortable cook. For the Price I paid it's excellent. Great experience, thanks.

Staff were not helpful. I had to reach out for check in details twice before I got any information and when I messaged to say the tv was not working, I got no reply

Location was perfect. The stay isn't far from any amenities. I liked that it's a remote check-in as the keys are acquired via a code. However on location, you had to pay 5% extra for the booking and it's non negotiable. I would recommend it for a very short stay if other options aren't available.

To stay positive, I would consider the stay passable. I'd expected the least from such a budget, but the air-conditioning kept shooting ice and bugs in the kitchen made the reservation barely enjoyable.

Close to the center

The host that appears on booking doesn't really reply to msgs, but let another guy handle the apartments and bookings. This guy was a very arrogant person since the beginning and had a very rude attitude with me. He also played with the exchange rate (you can't pay through booking, but only once you're there) and made me to pay ~7 usd dollars more than what the real price was. The apartment was a disaster. Bathroom wasn't properly clean, the towels were literally "yellow", dirty, stained. Beddings were stained, still humid, probably due to a last minute cleaning. When I told him about the beddings, the guys was (again) arguing with me saying that was impossible because the cleaning had been done the day before. However, previously, before arriving at the property, when I had asked if was possible to have an early check-in, the same guy told me that the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet..so a bunch of lies.. The guy also offered me to stay to a different location, bigger, but for the se price, but that sounded were strange to me, so didn't accept. Later on, I found out that, the alternative location was close to a noisy area of the city, but didn't say anything. Glad I didn't accept. The structure is a slum, with several studios and apartments on next to the other, with very thin walls that you can literally hear everything! I could hear very loud noises at 7am in the morning, probably to make other apartments ready for new hosts. Very poor management, communication, attitude, cleaning. Shame on you!

Dirty property, cleaning is not offered. Wi-Fi did not work half the time and the other half the time was very slow. Also, the place was swarming with ants. On top of that, the host charged 10% more for the contactless payment.

This studio has very good location, not far from centre. Big supermarket close by, many restaurant, beach too. Hot shower feels good, pkace is small but cozy. Comunication with owner good.

It needs a lot of repairs. Bathroom is very old and very very small, also towels were just.. ehm old. Kitchen equipment missing - bowls, sponge,etc.. Also there was still coffee in the coffee machine from previous guests, who knows how long. Very loud neighbours, the walls are thin, we couldnt sleep all night cause of noise. People talking loud on the stairs, loud music. Fan working so so, thanks god it wasnt that hot. This place has more potential.

The place is in a very dimly lit and moist area, so our room had many mosquitos despite how many we killed. The room is quite dark due to poor indoor lighting and no windows (with access to sunlight). The room was loud because of the style of windows (which also allowed mosquitos to enter). The bathroom was very small. We left one night early to feel more comfortable.

- check-in (I had no info for self check-in, no answers on msgs and calls from the host, I found the host number occasionally because I met tourists entering the apartment) - apartment is wet - old AC, you can hardly to turn it on and off only with the one temperature (25 Celsius) - small kitchen without any facilities but with cockroaches - zero soundproofing - construction is near - locks need to be lubricated or replaced

The studio, especially the kitchen, was equipped very practically. I also liked that I was able to pay the rent with credit card.

The lock at the entrance didn't work real well. I had some trouble opening the door with the installed key.
