Well equipped, clean and great location

Bed was very uncomfortable, made a lot of noise. Room needs blackout curtains.

Apartamento bonito e agradável, oferece todos os itens necessários de boa qualidade: fogão, microondas, lava louça, geladeira, máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Decoração impecável, aquecimento central, itens de manutenção como sabão, papel higiênico, roupas de cama e banho limpos - tudo oferecido pela acomodação, além de mimos como cápsulas de café, canela em pó, azeite e sal.

A localização é central e de fácil acesso, porém é uma área com muitos sem teto, perto de uma região mais humilde. Tivemos alguns problemas com a fechadura e no começo não ficou muito claro como seria o contato com o host. Mas fomos prontamente atendidos por mensagem escrita.

We, my wife, my daughter, and myself, were really enjoying staying at this property. The property was nice, clean, and safe. It was fully equipped with all you need.

The bed was too soft as it was very hard for my fiancé and i to get a good nights rest. Bed frame was very cheap as it was easily rattle when any movement was made.

Perfect small apartment within walking distance of Tampa downtown. The place has everything you need and probably more. Modern and very clean. Can't recommend more.

The bedroom does get a little bit of street noise in the morning. The neighborhood is very quiet during the night, so it shouldn't be a bother unless you want to sleep in and are a soft sleeper.

Great apartment. Clean and everything needed was there. Good bar 100m away was a bonus.

Very clean, comfortable, and so well equipped! Really appreciated the washer and dryer! The basket of snacks and the coffee and tea were an added delight -- thanks!

As many others have mentioned, a bath mat in the tub (or a grab bar) and towel hooks would have been very useful. Both would be so simple to take care of so it's a bit surprising that they have not been added...makes you wonder if the comments are actually read/appreciated.
