The view is incredible and one can really see all of Tblisi's landmarks from the huge balcony, the photos dont do the apartment justice. The bedrooms are spacious. The building is easy to find and check in is a breeze. Has most facilities. The staff were on time and always available to answer. We stayed for 5 nights with 5 people which was perfect. All the attractions were close by in walking distance.

The kitchen area was very small to cook in, but still doable, not a big issue.

the elevator for the building is old and slow. the water was cut off for several hours. house keeping is not for free.

Super location, fantastic view from the large terrace. The appartment offers enough space and has all the comfort needed for staying with a family. We certainly recommend this appartment.

Nothing is perfect, but in this case we really didn't find anything that disappointed us. Maybe the fact that wifi is not working properly, but that didn't ruin our stay.

We loved the big balcony with the beautiful view! Also the fact that the apartment was big (110 sqm roughly) when they say 160 sqm its definitely counting the balcony. The host was helpful and the wifi was good. We enjoyed the place a lot. Its about 10 minute walk to the old town. Everything is close by.

It was really loud at night when it was windy, but besides that perfect!
