Love the location! Excellent staff and breakfast was amazing!

The only bad part was the toilet had some issues. And there was a slight sewer smell on our floor.

The staff is extremely welcoming and concerned for the safety of every guest. It was a beyond exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Their suggestions for local eateries was spot on as well as the directions. Parking is easy!

Convenient to our activities while in town. Nice area in lobby to visit with friends. Nice breakfast. Nice that there was covered parking about 1/2 block away, using your key card to enter/exit. (Paid parking thru hotel)

Some homeless people in the area (who were nice and not threatening when we encountered them in the daytime behind the hotel.). The computer available for use was not working and I was not even able to open a web browser to check my email. I was informed that they were in the process of replacing the computer, so hopefully that won’t affect others.

I liked everything about my stay.

I have two small complaints. The hallways were not air-conditioned. The was no sign/info in the lobby letting us know what the wifi password was. #firstworldproblems.

I'm not very good in Tulsa. I parked my car and used your shuttle. So nice not to having to drive.

We were in the old Greenwood district. Loved the historical art and photos in the hotel! Beds were comfortable.

Not much not to like. The drain in the sink in our suite was broken. But, we made it work. 🤷‍♀️

Location was wonderful and very walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Three of our rooms had mechanical issues. 1. Toilet seat broken, had to change room 2. Shower leaking, had to change room 3. Window shade missing control panel, shade opening and closing during the night- was never repaired despite request Parking garage was difficult to access- continuous issue entering and departing.

it’s in a good location with lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was good and the hotel is clean.

The pet fee is hefty and when you add the numerous taxes plus parking fee, it becomes a very expensive stay.

Great location if you want to experience downtown Tulsa!

The parking garage is a little it of a trek involving flights of stairs and is $14/night. But sometimes you can find closer street parking.

The staff were all so friendly. They went out of their way to help us with parking, check in, finding places to eat and visit. The manager was very friendly. The shuttle driver was exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were not really that sound proof. 7am the neighbors next door were talking and blasting music and also outside the neighbors were blasting music at night but they did take care of that by posting signs and it quit

Staff was great!! This property was ON POINT!!! Clean, fresh smelling, helpful staff, shuttle to the event center. Will definitely stay here again if I come down for another concert at BOK.

Parking is kind of a pain when you need to check in. With only 2-3 spaces in front of the property and parking meters on the street it's difficult to find places to park for free. However from 5pm - 8am you can park at the meters for free.
