Hotel war an einer guten Lage, hatte alles was man brauchte. Betten waren härter als mans kennt aber für uns kein Problem. Freundliches Personal.

Langes anstehen beim Lift aber das sind Luxusprobleme.

Leider Abzug für den immerzu laufenden Ventilator im Bad. Auch bei geschlossener Tür im Bett störend. Nur 4 englischsprachige Sender

The whole experience was lovely! Would highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to pick something as a negative - it was quite busy when we were there & the elevator was quite slow & small. So getting up to your room at rush hour was a process. But not at all a huge issue!!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le bain public est très agréable. L’hotel propose diverses collations incluses. L’emplacement est lui aussi idéal : on est proche de la gare et à 15 minutes à pieds du musée de la paix, du dôme et du départ de ferry pour l’île de Miyajima.

The room and location were both great. They have very comfortable beds and big rooms with few small chairs and table. Great value for money and pleasant stay.

The lobby entrance is kinda cold thanks to AC, but thats about it.

Very large room with great facilities and complimentary drinks/snacks in the lounge. The evening prosecco was a highlight. Location was great - between station and memorial garden.

Room was quite warm.

Excellent location within walking distance of Hiroshima castle tower and the Okonomi-mura (okonomiyaki town). The room was a good size with a fridge, couch and a tv. There were complementary pajamas to wear if you wanted during your stay. The bed was a good size for two people. Our breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with so much variety from a special olive curry, rice, pastries, Mochi, chicken curry, miso soup and so much more. Great value to include the breakfast in your room deal. The staff were very friendly, always greeting us as we entered and left the hotel. Also, they kindly held our luggage in the reception for the day without any hassle. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Intergate Hiroshima!

６時から７時／コーヒーやスムージー　土日祝はスパーリングワイン　お昼時はコーヒーやミニケーキ　１７時から１９時にはワインやカクテル　２０時から２２時はお茶漬けバイキング等ラウンジが１日中、サービス満点　　　 特にお茶漬けは美味しくてとっても嬉しいサービスでした 大浴場も完備❨サウナは無し❩　　　　　エレベーターはカードキーを利用してセキュリティ有り　喫煙所も有り　お部屋も喫煙出来るお部屋が有ります　 朝食も和食、デニッシュ系のパン類　おかゆもカレーも有ります 野菜を使ったおかずも多く美味しかったです コーヒーのテイクアウトも出来るのでお部屋でゆっくり出来ます 八丁堀❨広電❩駅からも近くコンビニも近くにセブンとローソンが有ります　　スタッフもキビキビと動きとっても親切で笑顔の対応で好感がもてます　　 追加精算が無い場合はお部屋のテレビ操作でエクスプレスチェックアウトが出来て便利でした 又、広島に行く際は利用したいと思います

朝のコーヒーがもう少し熱かったら良かったかな？ エアコンの設定がちょっとわかりづらくお部屋がなかなか温まりませんでした 灰皿がもう一つ有れば良かったかな！ 　 お部屋のお風呂は利用しなかったのですが〜ずーっと換気されていてちょっと気になりました

宿泊者数が多い土曜日に宿泊しましたが、エレベーターを待つ時間がなく、混み合わなかった点が良かったです。

Nice large room for Japan standards, helpful and friendly staff. They provided free drinks during happy hour, creating a nice place for guests to gather. Convenient location within walking distance to the peace museum and park, ferry to Miyajima, and main eating district.

Emplacement idéal, pratiquement tout peut se faire à pied. Le personnel très attentif et aidant. La chambre était très confortable et au calme.

Bonne localisation, chambre spacieuse, bon lit. Un bon arrêt pour prendre le temps de découvrir Hiroshima, il y a un konbini en bas de l'hôtel, des restaurants aux alentours. Le château, le dome et le musée sont à 15/20 minutes de marche, il y a une station de tram à 5min à pieds de l'hôtel. Il y a un étage pour prendre un bain commun, un étage (14ème) celui de la réception pour consommer quelque chose. Hôtel pratique.

It was just what we needed. Minimum of fuss and clean spacious room.

Hot water in thermos at lounge / dining area was not hot enough to make a cup of English tea.

We really liked this hotel and Hiroshima. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was bigger than what we thought it would be, the breakfast had a great choice and the terrace was a great area for the breakfast and complimentary drinks for the evening happy hour. Thanks for a great stay.

L'accueil par le personnel était super. Ils parlaient très bien anglais et ils ont pu réceptionner nos bagages facilement. Le petit déjeuner était tres bon et bien rempli ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Les bains chauds sont très agréables et très bien équipés (produits et lotions disponibles). L'emplacement de l'hotel était plutôt pratique.

Très confortable, très bien placé (plein centre ville d'Hiroshima, proche des sites culturels et touristiques), buffet petit déjeuner vraiment excellent. Très bel endroit avec très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Nice and new hotel in a very good location in Hiroshima, close to shops and restaurants as well as walking distance (20min) to key tourist points. Good sized rooms and decent size bathrooms. Best thing is the value, probably the best price of a hotel this level in our 2 weeks in Japan

Not sure if they had family rooms but we had to stay in 2 rooms which was ok since they were one next to the other. Didn't try the breakfast so couldn't say much about it. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help although none of them spoke fluent English, to be honest that's not a problem with current day technology
