it was quite and close to the lakes. The owner was very nice and helpful. he breakfast he made was also good, eggs, bread and every day different veggies (we are vegetarian so I don’t know if he also has meat). The rooms were simple but nice.

There was a kettle in the room but for mugs we had to ask, it wasn’t that big of a deal but it would have been nice if they were there.

It is very well located, really close to one of the park entrances (we were able to get there by walking about 5 minutes). Our host was a charm! He was incredibly nice to us, cooked us a great breakfast with eggs from his own chickens (that you could see freely walking in the backyard), gave us great indications for the park, was ok with us leaving the car there after checkout so that we could walk to the lakes and pick it up after, and even let us take a shower when we came back for the car because we were soaking wet from the rain on that day. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Really recommend this place :)

The owner was amazing! Very helpful with everything we needed. He heated up the room before we got there so it was really warm all night long. He also made us a very tasty breakfast in the morning! The room we stayed in was really big and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here the next time we visit Plitvice Lakes 😊

Breakfast was FANTASTIC!!! Bosko could not have been any more gracious!!! I liked the country-side setting and proximity to park entrance.

Lack of covered outdoor seating or facilities, being stuck in the room in bad weather was tight w/ two people and luggage.

Location was excellent for getting to plitvice lakes in the morning. The room was very large and had a good amount of space for our things and to be able to eat in the room. Bosco was a great host, the animals are cute and the breakfast was excellent and very filling.

The rooms were fairly humid - particularly the bathroom seemed to keep a lot of water so would be difficult if you were there in a rainy period and had wet things.

The room was great! modern, clean and really comfy!

Bosko is a wonderful host. He took time to explain us where to go in the park and was very available and nice. The room is very comfy and very close to the entrance of the park. There is also a lovely dog 🐶. I fully recommend it !

Everything was great

The host was amazing, really nice guy, we booked last minute and he picked us up from the bus station, he gave us informations about the itinerary we should do in the park and his recommandations were amazing cause we were alone in the early morning. The fact to enter the park from entrance 3 (which is not very famous) is a real plus. He also recommended us a nice walk and restaurant the evening before we went in. The room was perfect, very clean, we had everything we needed. Thanks again !

Our host was extremly friendly and helpful, he suggested us walking routes around Plitvice Lakes with unbelievable views and no tourists. Definietly worth going there.

The host was awesome, very friendly. He gave us very good information about the park, the hikes and other things to do nearby. Very good breakfast and coffee. The room was huge and clean. Big bed. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. Also friendly pets.

it was very simple

- The location. It is right in the centre of the park, and you can easily get in from Entrance 3 (with an online ticket for Entrance 1) within 10 minutes walk. - The house. It is a real country house, rooms are big and clean, strong hot water, cozy and warm, great breakfast. I would suggest Bosko to put some slippers in the bathroom to avoid the wet floor after shower. - The hospitality of the owner Bosko. He is such a nice and warm person who get all answers to your questions and requests. He suggested us a good restaurant nearby, and he even made a reservation for us. Bosko offerred us a free drive to and from his home which we very much appreciate. 10+ for your great support and excellence customer services Bosko.

We had a wonderful time at Country House Plitvice! It greatly enhanced our experienced in the region and we both agreed that it remains one of the finest and coziest hotels we have ever stayed at. The host was amazing and incredibly kind, helpful, hospitable, and inviting; the rooms were extremely nice and the house itself is in the perfect location; the breakfast was delicious and homegrown. We had an exceptional time all around and would recommend it to anyone passing through the region. Highly, highly recommended! You'd be hard pressed to find any place better.
