De eigenaar niet kwam opdagen bij de sleutel overdracht nergens op reageerde en zn telefoon niet opnam dat we een hotel moesten boeken en de volgende dag pas reactie kregen. Daarna geen contact meer kunnen krijgen, hij reageert zelfs niet als booking.com hem een bericht stuurt. Er is geen airco terwijl dat wel staat aangegeven, de rolgordijnen boven zijn kapot 1 wc kan niet doorspoelen, na een aantal minuten is er geen warm water meer om te douche, de wifi is heel slecht, er zouden 2 baby bedjes klaar staan er was er 1 en de andere werd gebruikt als opslag voor spullen en zat helemaal onder de spinnen en spinnenwebben, in de douche zit schimmel en de bank zit vol vlekken.

Nice place for such price. Good view from windows. Parking. 3 sleeping rooms, 3 toilets. Swimming pool. Big living room with kitchen. Washing machine, rack for dry clothes and a lot of small important things for all situations for different travelers

A little bit part of the ceiling and part of the wall in big sleeping room were wet. Curtain in big sleeping room works badly But it was not a problem at all

Good central location, although would recommend a car to get around. Nice view from the bedroom balcony. Nice restaurants close by. The host was very helpful and communication was easy.

We felt that the property could have been more child friendly (only by providing a stair gate). The property was missing a lot of kitchenware which was passed on to the host and quickly sorted. The property seems to be missing maintenance as a lot of furnishings were broken and looking tired despite the young age of the property. Another point to note is that the pool was so cold it was unusable this time of year (October). I hope the host will take these points on board as the property has lots of potential.

Stayed here recently and the property and facilities were second to none... The location is great and is only a short taxi ride into puerto... And supermarkets and bars all within walking distance... Quality of the villa was superb and if anything the pictures here don't do it enough justice... Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a nice quiet break but still close by to lots of things to do. Host was superb and very accommodating as well

The house is great! we stayed here for work and leisure so we wanted space and quiet surroundings. There’s a big kitchen and bbq if you want to cook. Beautiful views of the ocean and Puerto de la Cruz which you reach in a 10 min drive!

The kitchen can be equipped with better cooking supplies such as proper sharp knives and non sticking baking pans. It’s such a nice kitchen and this is too bad. Also the WiFi was not stable and doesn’t have reach in the whole house.

Good location, amenities, nice restaurants near by.

Communication with host was not great, left us a bit confused about check in process. Cleanliness leaves to be desired (house, towels, sheets). The 2nd toilet upstairs doesn’t work properly. Pool isn’t heated and house is also missing heating but space heaters/blankets were available.

A very nice, clean and modern villa, was ideal for 3 people and we occupied 2 rooms. We were not cold even in December abd did not have to use heaters. Very well equipped large kitchen, really enjoyed cooking there and eating outside by the pool! A terrific views of the ocean and mountain from most rooms, and 2 or 3 different terraces. A super helpful host, too.

The only downside of the location is that is it not too private as the windows of the villa and the pool face the driveway shared with other villas in the compound. Was not important for us though.

The location was great, the house was clean, it was fairly quiet and equipment wise everything that you need was there. Arnau was also super helpful and very kind.
