Noisy boiler or radiator kept me awake all night

hotel closed. was told disabled room. it was not. my colleague who has had a stroke. was uncomfortable because beds very narrow. no hand hand rails. in either bathroom or bedroom..no one on premises to speak to. very disappointed

Doesn't offer breakfast and there iwas only one other place in Market Rasen that we could get breakfast, which was a hotel

Bathroom covered in black mould, extraction fan ran but did not extract any moisture from the bathroom. Evidently hasn’t been working for a long time as all the metal objects in the bathroom were rusted. The main door to the room opened straight into the car park, this door had a significant gap all the way around, letting cold damp air in the the room. Unfit, uncomfortable and not for value stay.

Everything you need, the little touches make all the difference ie air con, plenty of door hooks, fan. Very clean well thought out room.

Nice clean comfy rooms with plenty of parking. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Drink making facilities.

No complaints at all

They are not able to provide breakfast. However, we went for breakfast at the March Hare, just a few yards up the road, which was very good.

The toilet kept filling up, it was leaking into the pan. The shower was great, but totally flooded the bathroom, could have done with a little less volume

Son + Mum visiting from Reading Berks to old friend/godmother in Nursing home. As overnight stay The Olive was ideal. Comfortable beds = good nights rest after 4 hour drive. Impressed with cleanliness of the room. My son took a video of No 3 to show Dad who stayed at Home in Berkshire

Brought own simple breakfast to supplement the tea/coffee provision. Provision of a modified continental style breakfast would encourage future bookings. The addition of a draw curtain in the open access shower area would help prevent water splashing everywhere when having a shower. A fault with the shower unit was reported before leaving the property

Great location. No check in/out which makes things quicker/easier. Very clean throughout.
