Nothing, I repeat, nothing was to like at this hotel! From the very moment we stepped in, we had been told that we had nothing but to pay upfront before we even get to see anything. And ever since then, it's a total rip-off.

1. They cheated on booking.com - said payment would be taken on 21st August (before we go there), but booking.com didn't take any payment, instead instructed us to pay at property. 2 We were only allowed to see rooms once we paid. And when we found that rooms were terrible, we wanted to cancel rest of the stay and wanted a refund - THEY DENIED ANY REFUND. 3. We tried connecting booking.com - only to find that the app and customer services asked us to contact the property. So, it was all in vain. 4. Staffs were rude. Asked us to either stay at the room or choose to depart, but they wouldn't refund any part of the payments we made.

There is short distance to pratunam center and platinium mall is about 5-10mins walking distance or else u can take tuk2 to BTS station. Nearby big 7-11 is next to the hotel also taxi / ehailing can drop off at the doorstep. So far great location for us.

The location is good. It is convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the soundproofing equipment is very poor. You can hear the sound of entering and exiting the room and the sound of the next room clearly.

all of it! not muslim friendly, very rude staff, very unhelpful, talk back behind guests, bad room service! to all muslim dont waste your money staying here, they don’t provide halal breakfast and they don’t mention it…we wasted 3 day’s breakfast and they donr care bout u being muslim…so bad, really bad

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near 7-11 once you exit from the alley, nearest BTS would be either Ratchathewi or Phayathai..though it's roughly about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.The Nearest shopping mall would be Platinum Fashion Mall which is a 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Room is spacious enough for 2-3 people and everything is neat and clean.. there's also a bidet which was a plus point for me. The only downside would be that it's a little hard for taxi/grab driver to find the location as it's located in the narrow alley..but overall, highly recommended for solo travelers or short trip stay.

cleaning staff very nice. hotel close to a lot of place like pratunam market, BTS station, 7e, laundry,platinum mall,tofu skincare & lot place more that you can just walk.

I think it’s time for you to provide iron & plug that close to the bed . and wifi hotel not function, I can count how many time can use wifi hotel.

I got very nice room, last one with big windows and lots of light coming in which I liked. I think this hotel is in very good location in close proximity to all the main shopping malls in the area yet is located away from the main road and lots of noise.

I didn’t like the property couldn’t take the room payment directly from booking. I had to use a physical card which wasn’t convenient for me. I also didn’t like I got a call from the reception exactly at 12 at the time of my check out to remind me that I had to check out. I found it little impolite.

the property was not considered to me ask was stay 5night with 6 room 1 night 1 of the room air-con was not working so there change me a new room the next day I request to have floor with my family members the front desk lady tell me there was a group book was need to stay a same floor so it make me feel so confused am I not a group booking why split my room in 3 different floor
