Loved the location, breakfast, and how close it was to public transportation. Excellent in my opinion for families with kids.

The only thing I didnt like was that I was told all items in the fridge were free with the room and they were not.

Housekeeping staff don't know basic English. Communication breakdown.

Their deluxe corner room is spacious and the room has all the necessities that we need. In addition, the location of the hotel is great and the check in and check out process was fast and smooth.

Housekeeping service: The bed was not manned properly with pillows not placed neatly on the bed. The ironing board was not kept at the designated place and bag of rubbish was not disposed eventhough we purposely placed it beside the trash bin. Bath robe was not changed as I could see stain on it. Despite the bad housekeeping service, everything else was great.

L'hôtel se situe dans le centre commercial MBK et à quelques minutes de marches des centres commerciaux SIAM. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner. La piscine est top, elle est grande et il y a suffisamment de transat et d'endroit pour se mettre à l'ombre. Chambre au calme et spacieuse. Je reprendrais le même hôtel si je reviens à Bangkok.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for shopping and dining. You can access MBK through the ground floor and second floor of the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided which I think is always a plus for travelers who don’t want to bring a lot in their suitcases.

Amazing rooftop pool with good views. There was also a nice area to exercise and walk in. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient

The drain in the bathroom was very slow to drain. Buffet breakfast was a decent but little boring.

Très bel hôtel en plein cœur du MBK center avec accès direct par le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec beaucoup de choix ,un des meilleurs de notre road trip. La chambre est spacieuse avec un confort très agréable,les équipements sont modernes et tout est propre.Nous avions une belle vue dégagée au 19 eme étage.

Rien car il faut comprendre que l’emplacement en cœur de ville font que l’hôtel est très difficile d’accès en taxi (très embouteillée du matin au soir).

La proximité de l’hôtel au centre et accès au Sky Train. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait. Il y a du choix. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le service d’excursion est efficace.

Great location and superb spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly attentive helpful staff and tasty food . Very lovely swimming pool.

What's not to like, this hotel was stunning! Staff, facilities, rooms and location were perfect! We stayed here at the end of our Thailand trip and thought we'd treat ourselves to something special and we wasn't disappointed.

Nothing, we genuinely couldn't find any faults with this hotel.

Good breakfast. Housekeeper Nin did a fantastic job. Lady in charge of breakfast also amazing( forgot her name)
