The breakfast is very good. The resturant is also nice. The hotel's location is prefect. It's close to The Tower of David and Jaffa Gate.

Realy good manager who cares personally and solves directly all issues and has all the stuff under best control. We got an additional invitation to the dinner buffet, the parking lot is gold in the inner city and by chance we got the „David Citadel Terass“ not booked beforehand in the side-house with the spectacular direct view Jaffa Gate and inner City. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any requests, and their genuine smiles created a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the room design and the quality of the amenities provided. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The location of the Gloria hotel is also fantastic. Situated in the heart of Jerusalem, it offers easy access to many of the city's main attractions and landmarks. Whether I wanted to explore the Old City, visit the Christian and the Jewish attractions or stroll through the vibrant markets, everything was within reach. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. They offered valuable recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and cultural experiences, which greatly enhanced my overall trip. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Gloria hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We only had breakfast and not dinner but the restaurant felt a bit un atmospheric compared to the rest of the hotel.

The hotel staff beginning with the receptionist and ending with the cleaning ladies and gentlemen are very friendly, kind, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was not much noise coming from the outside, despite the hotel's location in the old city of Jerusalem. The place feels genuine and has "good vibes".

There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast hall, so at times it was difficult to get a coffee.

The location is the best, inside Jaffa Gate. The breakfast was superb and the staff who helped with the breakfast more than nice. The hotel has a vintage Ottoman feel, and the rooms,even if small, are very clean. The bed was very comfy as well. However two of the receptionists, albeit trying to be kinda nice on the surface, were unattentive and patronising. Disappointing, and no, calling a tired stranger "dear" , and not listening, is not nice. Other than this good experience, and thank you to the breakfast room staff who always made us start the day with a smile.

We stayed in Mid-March and the hotel only had the heating system on, no AC. It was very hot and to cool down had to have windows open which was loud and so hard to sleep

Perfect location - short walk to everything in the old city - and taxi access - so great for taking tours out of town. Staff were lovely, rooms beautiful and comfortable, breakfast wonderful - we will definitely try to stay here again on any visit to Jerusalem!
