Overall . the stay was very good. Bed was very high and I brought a step stool so my wife could get in the bed. The other thing would be grab bars or safety strips for the tub, as it was slippery. We really enjoyed our stay.

A truly lovely home. Comfortable, well appointed, yet simple. Plenty of restaurants, easy acces to major highways. All in all, highly recommend. I will stay again when visiting family.

We enjoyed our brief stay in Indy and this was perfect location just 10 minutes from my son's volleyball tournament.

We were very satisfied with the place. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Definitely enough room... 1 slept on couch one in bedroom. Place was clean. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to highway and plenty of shopping... we loved the "take one leave one cabinet" Definitely recommend and if we ever come back to Indy it will be there. Great communication with owner also.

The property was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to do breakfasts and host a dinner for friends in a neighborhood with lots of houses with large lots. I was impressed there was some starter coffee and creamer with the Pay It Forward cupboard of soups, crackers and mixes. The TV was easy to operate and the couch very comfortable. We were very happy here.

The home lived up to the description on the website very well. The AC worked great and the property itself was kept clean and looked nice. Unfortunately the neighborhood and surrounding area was pretty sketchy, which was reinforced to us by some statements by our various UBER drivers. Given that this is not a part of the VRBO description I would not hold this against the owner.

Located in a working class neighborhood ,this newly redone house was very nice and clean. We spent very little time there during the day and when we were there at night, we sat around the high top table. The owner was easy to communicate with.

I was looking for an inexpensive property near the Indianapolis Zoo and Children’s Museum when I found this cute little bungalow. This property was perfect for our needs. It was super clean and has easy access to the highway to get to both the Zoo and Museum. The kitchen was equipped to meet our needs of cooking breakfasts and dinners. We enjoyed the board games that were provided and the large tv in the living room. We plan to stay here again!

Overall, decent place. Ftomt room had strong "smoker" oder but rest of home was fine. May have just been the older furniture causing the smell.

This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Air conditioner worked great as it was in the high 90s for our stay. Can't think of anything lacking, even had books and boardgames.

The house was comfortable and pleasant. We found it easy to get to downtown for theater and restaurants and to Keystone for shopping and the movies. The dining table is a delight if you like games that spread out; it would also serve to have a group of eight or so for a meal.

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean and well kept. Many small details made it truly feel like coming home every evening. Plenty of dishes and cookware, extra towels, a small assortment of spices, and even an assortment of games and books to help pass the time. Plenty of room for family members to hang out and socialize. This will be our go to on our frequent trips to Indy from now on.

The unit was very clean and in very good shape. It met all of our needs.

We stayed for one of my daughter's cheer competitions. There was plenty of room for the whole family and we slept comfortably, with room to spare. We had a little trouble getting down there on our end but the property manager answered his phone at 6:00 in the morning just to help us find the correct house and make sure we got settled. He was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is just on the outskirts of the main city and worked out great for us because we were only 15 minutes from the venue she competed at. Would be a great place to stay if you're wanting to visit Indianapolis and not stay in the hectic/busy part of the city. There's also a ton of food places nearby and a Walmart right down the road for any of your needs. We will definitely book here again if she has another competition in Indianapolis.

Small clean property with excellent access to highway

Very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood, house well appointed. We enjoyed it.

Phil is a great property manager. We stayed here 11 nights. There were plenty of linens, dishes and pans in the kitchen, and the home was clean. The yard is well maintained. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only negative I can see for some people is that when you first enter the house, you can tell someone has smoked in it; It's not overpowering, but it is noticeable. We got used to it within a few minutes and it wasn't a problem for us, so I'm not counting it against my rating. Over all, staying here was far nicer, cleaner, and more comfortable than any hotel would be; We would stay here again.
