We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with two toddlers. We loved that it was on the ground floor and close to the beach access. It was easy to walk back up for potty breaks, snack breaks or things we forgot which was amazing. The pool is also a short walk away and was always clean and very warm! We never had a problem finding chairs around the pool either which was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped with any cooking utensil we could need, plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella for shade. We loved the recommendation list that was emailed before our stay, we went to several restaurants and places on the list and enjoyed them all! Communication and check in was also seamless. This was such a wonderful place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough for any families considering coming here. We are hoping to be back next year!

Just what we had hoped for
We really enjoyed our stay. Having a walkout patio on the first floor made it so easy for the our older kids to head in and out to the beach. The communication was so fast when we had questions. We even reached out to see if we could purchase the day before us last minute as our travel had changed and it was seemless.

My Second Home!
This was my 7th year staying at Paradise Beach Club. We have rented the penthouse on the 4 floor and rooms on the ground level. Over the years we have watched them renovate the condos and they have done a beautiful job! Most of the rooms now have a washer and dryer which is really convenient. Love the fact that we can bring our four legged kids too. Really laid back environment, nice pool on beach side but be careful because there is rocks in the ocean in front of the condos. Its really magical around turtle nesting season but please have respect for these beautiful creatures, use the lights you are supposed too (or if caught there could be fees), stay back 10 feet, and enjoy watching them. The process can be an hour to three. Surfin Turtle is great place for ice cream, love their Dole Swirl and their turtles on site. Cibelli's for pizza and if you are feeding a group or love pizza for breakfast order the 24" one but make sure you can fit the box in your car! LOL Sebastian Inlet is a beautiful state park south about 40-45 mins with beautiful scenes. Check the rocket launch schedule, so cool, you can see if right from the beach. Downtown Melbourne is great. The Burger Place and Backwater are cool. At Backwater you can order the color pack of pancake mix and make your own pancakes at your table, they only have 8 tables like this and fill up quickly, I suggest going during the week, not weekends. Arcade Monsters in Melbourne is awesome for a rainy day or if you have had to much sun. Largest arcade in the world! Its about 19 bucks per person for unlimited games and serve food and drinks. Brevard Zoo is great spot too!

Ideal for young children
We have a 4 & a 2 year old and a crawling infant. This could not have been more perfect for our family. A spacious living room, a grassy area to get the wiggles out, the pool and the beach were wonderful. There was pac-n-play in our unit and a smart tv in every room. So happy we booked our vacation here!

Nice condo but beach is great for swimming
This was a nice, clean unit. Check-in was easy but don't arrive thinking to check in early. Grounds were great. Bbq grills weren't very effective at cooking because of the proximity to the beach breezes. Pool was nice. Publix was within walking distance and made it easy to shop without taking a vehicle. Property and beach were quiet and fairly secluded - which is why I tried it.
They say they are dog friendly but the dog areas are a mixture of paving stones and artificial turf, both of which get hot. Dogs aren't allowed on the grass so there's really no where for the poor dogs to do their business during the hot day.
The water is full of coral and the pitch of the shore is steep. Makes it difficult to boogy board or swim. Our feet and legs got cut up from the coral and the riptides were horrible. I usually go to Cocoa Beach and have not experienced the coral issue there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Only annoying part was the tile work being completed by the pool. Worker would cut ceramic tile on the balcony. Four days in a row we had to leave the pool because our two year old was scared of the noise. A heads up would of been nice an maybe schedule time for cuts or make them go to the parking log. Many annoyed during this time we were also trying to relax around the pool.

Cool and calm cocoa beach
Booked this trip a week ago for myself and my pregnant with twins wife and can’t say how much we enjoyed it. The location was great. The place was spotless and spacious. Had beach chairs boogie boards everything . 10 second walk to a very non crowded beach I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy , relax and reset from many of life’s problems . Great for family and pets!!
We just checked out after an amazing week at PBC!! The location cannot be beat and the condo was perfect for our family of six plus our dog! We had plenty of space and everything we needed at the condo! The pool was a great size and being able to see the ocean was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. The condo was private enough that if you are still nervous about traveling you can keep your distance! Especially with the contact less check in and check out! We will definitely be back!

Great Family getaway
We enjoyed our Spring break in this condo, very much. The area was beautiful. Being right in the beach was amazing, we will definitely be back. The whole process was simple, from booking to checking in. The host, Emma was awesome and answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend this place, for a family it was perfect. Our 3 daughters, aged 12 to 22 liked using the boogie boards in the ocean, and swimming in the warm water of the pool! Can't wait to come back.

LOVED our stay!
Outstanding, well furnished unit and very clean! So great beach towels, chairs/umbrella and even fishing pole holders provided. My teenage sons loved fishing on the beach, my daughter collected many shells, the pool was heated, and our dogs enjoyed the fenced-in dog area. Great access to Publix and take out restaurants right across the street. We have already booked to return to the same unit - HIGHLY recommend!

We really enjoyed our week long stay! The location to local amenities, pool area, and access to beach were all fantastic. The pictures and descriptions of the condo on vrbo were spot on to what we experienced (we loved the ocean view!) On colder and more humid days we did notice the condo got musty. The condo is great for pet owners but may cause issues if you have pet allergies. Overall, the experience was very, very good! We thought the condo was a great value for the price!!!

Love Paradise Beach Club
We have stayed at Paradise Beach Club for many years while in FL for vacation. We recently moved to FL and stayed there for 2 months while our home was being built. We absolutely love The Club, the on-site staff and location. It's convenient to groceries, restaurants, everything you could want/need. Oh and the beach? Fabulous! You'll love this place! Our only issue on our long term stay was the internet dropping out which was an issue when trying to work from "home". Otherwise fabulous!

Condo in a great location on the beach and allowed two dogs in unit with two enclosed dog runs on property. Kitchen could be a little better stocked and cleaner, exterior of property also needs to be cleaned but overall stay was great.

Exactly what we expected
We are from this area and come back to visit family once a year. I picked this location because it was the same price as a hotel on the beach but had the comforts of home. With all the family coming over to visit it gave us the space needed to entertain. The property is kept clean, especially the dog parks. The unit is older but has some nice updates. There is laundry facility on the property for a cost but it was nice having it. The only thing negative I noted was dirt under the beds and furniture. It’s the beach so sand is expected and I don’t live under the beds so I didn’t care at all. There is also a vacuum in the unit to touch up if you want. I was really pleased to find a pack and play in the unit. One of our family members came over the the pack and play was perfect to lay the baby down for a nap. The unit a/c only goes down to 72 which I was almost bummed about since I like it cold when I sleep, however, it was very comfortable the whole time at this temp, especially with the ceiling fans. Some other reviews noted construction next door. There was but I didn’t find it overly annoying. With the doors closed and the tv on it was no issue. Someone also mentioned the location being next to a traffic light and could hear the motorcycles. You will hear the motorcycles no matter what. They echo off all the tall buildings surrounding the area. It’s part of living in Florida and on the beach. So again, not an issue for me. The windows were very sound proof. I couldn’t hear the vacuum going inside when I was sitting on the back porch. This probably helps with keeping the unit cooler. The price was about what you would expect for this unit, considering you would pay same or more at a hotel but not have the conveniences of an apartment/condo. The people that complained on here must have never stayed at any hotels on the beach because they are disgusting with cockroaches running around. If you are looking for 5star service this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place without cockroaches and all the conveniences of home this is it.

It’s an ok place to stay, not much beach area. They allow dogs so that was are main concern. Our unit could have been cleaner, all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was nicely kept, clean, and updated. Only issues: no washer/dryer and no real view of the ocean unless you sit next to the door. Not many seafood restaurants nearby either. But overall, nice property.

Wouldn't recommend
We wouldn't recommend. The floors were dirty. The refrigerator had to be cleaned before use. The garbage disposale and dishwasher leaked. The sliding glass door didn't lock we had to use the stick to feel secure. We got a 1st floor unit because it said "pet friendly" there was a sign in the yard that said "NO Pets" there were 2 dog lots concrete or gravel. The only grass was on the busy Hwy A1A. There was a sign going to the beach "No Pets" Our unit was right beside the traffic light so all day & night you heard the motorcycles and dragsters. Don't expect peace & quiet. The Construction next door starts @ 7AM. We understand construction but we should have been warned. The place is really not secure anyone can park in the parking lot & walk thru the complex. In fact we had a young man peak in our sliding glass window and start to walk off with my CD player me right inside the door watching. He was stopped. On the plus sign there is a Donut shop and grocery store within walking distance. For the price we paid we were not happy.
