Very comfortable condo with a great view and convenient beach access in a safe neighborhood. An extra bonus was the very convenient location of a Publix grocery store within walking distance. We were lucky enough to see a night time Cape Canaveral space launch which seemed to pass right in front of our condo. We chose to eat 2 meals/day at the condo and were able to do so easily with the well appointed kitchen. We also enjoyed beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided by the host. Beds were very comfortable. We were unable to locate the on site laundry facilities so a second set of kitchen dish towels would have been helpful. It seemed like the oven took a very long time to heat up. Might be helpful to include page in the visitor manual explaining how the 3 different living room remotes worked together (wasn't obvious to us). We were unable to locate the TV remote for the 2nd bedroom but other than these minor items, we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

We came to visit our granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren. They came over and spent the night on weekends when they were not in school. Great visit. only complaint was no washer and dryer in unit. We used the laundry room there. We would come back again!!!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The ocean view from room 224 is excellent! We loved watching the waves and listening to sounds of the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all and everyone we encountered was very nice. The drive to Cocoa Beach is about 20 minutes and definitely worth it. We will visit again!

I loved our stay at this property. We were looking for a place at the beach to complete our week in Florida after a few days at Universal. This was very convenient and easy to get to. Also, the property managers were great at communicating and easy to work with, as we were asking for an early check in if possible and they were able to work that out for us. The condo is spacious for our family of four with two teenage children, clean, looks just like the pictures on the listing. What I loved most was that it was right on the beach. The access was great, the views of the ocean out the windows were amazing. I appreciated the fact that there is a Publix right across the street. Also, a person comes at 10:00 each night when the pool area closes to make sure it is cleared out, so it was a quiet stay as well.

The property was very nice and very close to the beach. Quiet and relaxing place to enjoy some time with friends and family.

We love this property, it’s our 3rd time here and it always meets if not exceeds all our expectations. This apartment is everything a family can ask for, offers a scenic view of the beach and only steps away from the sand. The pool is also kept clean and very refreshing. The weather was great all week long, I caught at least 20 fish while my wife tanned. If you’re looking for a nice family vacation then this is the place for you, it will offer a wonderful experience.

It was a beautiful location everything was close

Nice large condo unit 2nd floor just above the pool, which is just feet from the ocean especially during high tide. Windows and doors are almost sound proof and therefore even if people are at the pool little could be heard of the ocean or neighbors at the pool. Beach was never crowded and often had surfers and occasional wind kites. Close to grocery store (diagonally across the street) lots of restaurants along the coast.

We so enjoyed our stay in our condo. Everything was so well stocked. Our condo was so clean. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach! Hope to return here again!

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was. The location was great, right across the street from Publix and Dunkin! The view was amazing. We felt like we were sitting on the beach when we were on the balcony. The condo was nice and clean. It was stocked with ample towels and extra pool and beach toys. I highly recommend staying at this property!!

Me, my Sister, my Son, Daughter-in-law, Grandson 8 & Granddaughter 6 stayed at this condo. We all thought it was beautiful. You walk in the door & the ocean view was AMAZING. The building is older but very well maintained. Swimming in the ocean with the Grandkiddos were wonderful memories we will have forever. Only spoke to Cindy 2 times, we called when we checked in & called when we checked out. She answered immediately both times. Didn’t have any issues. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Came to Satellite Beach for 3 nights for a short getaway for a little break and relaxation. The condo was just right!! It was just steps from the pool and the ocean which everyone really appreciated. The ocean view was amazing! The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed! Quieter and less busy than Cocoa Beach but very convenient to grocery, drug stores and restaurants! Loved the location and the complex.

The property was well stocked and the perfect set up right on pool and beach. We only left for one dinner in 3 days. The rest of our time was chilling and light cooking on a much needed getaway. The closet was stuffed with umbrellas, chairs, beach and pool toys. So it was easy to pack light. Will definately return to this location!

We stayed here with our baseball team for a tournament in Viera. The condo was updated and super clean with everything we needed and more. Great location, price, and the beach just steps away. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay and the condo was amazing. Very clean and everything was exactly like the pictures. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is due to the fact that I wish they would have explained more online before you are booking or at the time of booking so you know upfront that this is infact not like a normal hotel that has maids coming around to wash towels or get the trash. You have to pay to use the washer and dryer to wash the towels that are provided which for me is a negative thing. I did not come down to Florida with cash just a card and couldn't wash towels. And didn't know we was suppose to take out the trash till I happen to find a binder in the room that stated all this. But would have been nice to know upfront so I could of prepared to bring cash for this. The condo was beautiful and the person over the condo did answer the phone when I did have a question. Everything else about this place was great and I will book again but I'll be more prepared next time.

Great property in a quiet, laid back location.

Very nice place. But we had cockroaches. Treated twice but never totally gone. Pool was supposed to be heated, but was not in 5 weeks we were there. Very dissapointing. Would go back if pool heater repaired and working properly.

Everything was wonderful! The dishwasher is very very loud so we didn’t use it. The stove seems like the heating element might be going out. It takes a very long time to preheat and it takes double the time to cook anything. Everything else was great!

Great place, close to everything and a great view.

We liked the condo but especially the location to the swimming pool and beach. The condo is in a very convenient location to restaurants, grocery store, etc.

We had a nice time at Paradise Club. The surrounding area was nice and quaint. Our room was decent. It was decorated nicely. The beach was amazing. Very quiet and clean. They only give you a few towels and there’s no washer and dryer to use. We hung our beach towels over the rail of the patio and some lady complained about it I’m not sure if she was with the office or a resident. But how are you supposed to dry your towels with no dryer. Really my biggest complaint was the pool was filthy there was green slime all along the tile of the pool and sand at the bottom. The sand really didn’t bother me it was just the fact of the green slime came off quite easy but no one has taken the time to clean it. When we got to the condo the pool was super cloudy and by the time we left it had cleared up.

It was clean, was right across from grocery, and quick access to both pool and beach! Very updated with comfortable and nice furniture. We would definitely stay again. 🙂

This place was perfect! It was beautiful. I was concerned about pool noise, but you couldn’t hear anything but the crashing waves! First thing in the morning you can sit on the balcony and see dolphins! I wish we would have stayed longer!

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the unit. The floor in the master bath still had sand in it and the door was nasty. In addition, the baseboards were visibly soiled in large areas throughout the condo. The walls were also dirty in areas and just needed to be wiped down. Aside from those issues, I loved everything about the condo.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Top notch views of the ocean and pool. You can’t get any closer to the beach! The condo was clean, stocked with all essentials needed for a relaxing week at the beach! Beach towels and beach chairs were a perfect addition to the amenities! Property managers are the sweetest couple ever! They answered ALL of our questions and gave super helpful suggestions on places to go and places to eat. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Cindy for letting us stay in your beautiful condo for a week!

My friends and I came for a geteaway from reality and that's exactly what we got! The place was very clean and well kept, and the surrounding areas were very nice! Loved being right on the water

Beautiful view. Very nice apartment. Overall clean. However, the duvet In the main room appeared not very clean. The quality of toilet paper and paper towel was poor. There was no rag to clean in the kitchen.
