This rental is quite clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fabulous. This place is very cozy and everything we would want in a beach stay. Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions.
I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away. We always take our dog onto the beach when we travel and have never stayed at a place that did not allow that.
Further, dogs are not allowed on any grassy area in this development. There is a gated dog area that has no grass but Astro turf. Our dog has never been on artificial turf and consequently would not use it. We had to walk to a development down the road in order to walk our dog several times a day.
I have rented several dog friendly homes at beaches in the past and have never been restricted from walking with my dog on the beach or on grassy areas at the property. I would encourage Management to update the property description to include city ordinance information regarding dogs on the beach in order to reflect a more accurate representation of staying here with a pet so that future guests with pets can make a fully informed choice when deciding to stay here.

This property was the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation! We loved the condo, loved the view, and loved the overall location. I would recommend 10/10 and I hope to stay here again!

The Paradise Beach Club looks a bit more modern in the photos. It was built in the 1970s, has a somewhat worn feel to it and the rental condos could use some cosmetic interior updating. The online photos are accurate although probably taken with a wide-angle lens. That having been said, it's in an excellent location on a beach that's lovely for walking (heavy surf when we were there, but I assume that's a seasonal thing), the condo had all the interior furnishings one would expect, it's within walking distance of a Publix market and a Dunkin Donuts, and there are excellent restaurants within easy driving distance. One minor inconvenience: no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was some upstairs available for guests. The management personnel were nice to deal with and very responsive. If we were going back to that specific area, I'd probably stay there again.

This was our first trip to the Space Coast, and Satellite Beach, but it won't be our last. This condo is very conveniently located to explore Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne; but also close to restaurants in Satellite Beach and Publix is across the street. The condo is an older one but the unit, as well as the complex, is well maintained. The accommodations and furnishings met our needs and were as described. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but machines are available on the 3rd floor. We appreciated that our dog was welcome and that it was not obvious that it was a pet friendly rental (we have experienced that in the past). This unit is conveniently located near the end which makes for quick trips down to the pool which gets lots of sunshine. Bonus feature was seeing a SpaceX launch and seeing the 2nd stage separate directly in front of our balcony.

I would recommend paradise beach club to anyone looking for an oceanfront getaway! Check in was a breeze and communication was very easy. We had zero issues while we stayed. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room had way more extras than we were expecting. The views were amazing! 100% would book again.

What a delight of a location, property, and property management team! Great for us to have the pool and beach so close for our kids to run between easily (and easy access to see the rocket launch from the pool deck). The property was well-equipped, clean, the location is great (close to grocery store, easy drive to Kennedy and Orlando for day trips), and the property management team was forthcoming with information and very responsive. Thank you!

We stayed at for 30 days in March 2023.
On the positive side, fantastic ocean view from unit, great beach and nice pool area. Managment and housekeeping staff excellent.
On the negative side, there was no washer dryer in the unit and the condo is dated. Tiny bathrooms and second bedroom has an unfinished closet with a cabinet and TV stuck in it. Limited amenities with old cracked dishes and cookware.
The condo is pet friendily but there is very limited areas to walk your pet.
Recommend for a nice weekend stay but not a longer stay...

This rental is a gem!!!! The pictures do not do it justice.
The rental is spotlessly clean! The furniture is very comfortable. We were provided with everything we could possibly need for a stay ON the beach. In fact, the only thing it did not have was a rubber spatula and a place to hang towels!
We had a couple of very tiny glitches that I had to contact the property manager about and they were addressed with in the hour!
We will definitely be back!

This condo was amazing. My husband and two infants stayed here for a week. It was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking, and not crowded at all. It was very clean and someone was always cleaning at all hours of the day. The condo came stocked with beach chairs, a pack n play which was great, and the condo provided beach toys and pool floats down at the pool. I most definitely will stay here again.

Our family had an awesome experience at Paradise Beach Club in unit 220. The views are extraordinary, beach access is super convenient, and the sound of the waves is relaxing. The Satellite Beach area itself is amazing with soft sand, fun waves, very clean, quiet, and not crowded. This was our 3rd trip back to Paradise Beach Club and having vacationed at other beaches, this is by far our favorite.

Clean, safe, quite, and location are all things we look for in a vacation. Well you get all these things at Paradise Beach Club. You won't be disappointed. We have stayed twice and the 2nd time my husband said when we walked in it was like coming home.

A wonderful stay! The unit was very clean, wonderfully decorated and in a great location. The beach was also so beautiful and quiet. Zarek was a responsive host as well and very kind checking in regularly. We definitely will be back.

Overall Amazing Experience
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. The condo itself was beautiful - literally right on the beach and you just could not beat the view. The staff was awesome as well. We pulled up while they were cleaning a main floor condo and helped me locate a baggage cart when I was looking a little lost lol. There was also an incident when we discovered that one of our provided beach chairs was broken and I had to email them for a possible replacement. My email was replied to fairly quickly and the very next morning we had a brand new beach chair. The pool is great - just the right temperature and plenty of space to spread out. The place really was great. The only complaints I had were 1) It's located in a pretty quiet, "older" neighborhood. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but we had issues because we had a couple pretty late nights coming back from Orlando and we were hungry but nothing was open. Almost everywhere closed by 9pm. 2) The beach was great but it was hard to enjoy the water because it hit you so hard and left my bathing suit filled with sand. I, personally, had never been in the ocean so I thought maybe this was normal but we visited Cocoa Beach Pier and the beach there was amazing and you could actually get in the water. These weren't really massive issues for us because the condo was mostly for sleeping and eating breakfast with an amazing view but for a family that's looking to stay in more, it may be something to consider.

Perfect Place
The pictures are 100%, the beach is sooo close you hear the waves, everything was clean and the view from the living room and bedroom was spectacular. Easy parking and close to grocery. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again and again

Excellent view
Excellent location, magnificent views of the ocean, safe environment and well appointed. We will plan on coming back again. Only downside would be minor stuff like the couch needs replaced and the room given a cleaner look caulking and door in the bathroom.

Beautiful setting
The building was located in a beautiful area, the neighborhood was mostly quiet. My o my complaint was the construction going on in condo next door was at times loud and started early in the morning

Great if you traveling with pets.
Cleanliness problem was handled immediately by property manager. Should be advertised as VERY pet friendly. Older property in need of some updating, though tv's were new and there were plenty of usb and electrical plugs for today's tech heavy requirements. Pool was nice and they replaced a boogie board that my daughter broke in beach slam so that she could get back out there! I would definitely stay here again with animals.

Best Vacation!
My husband & I wanted a placed to go to where we could just relax, have a quiet vacation and that was pet friendly.. This place was the perfect choice for us. We wanted an ocean view and an ocean view was what we got. The view is amazing. The ocean is literally right outside the door and listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. (Just as it is in the pictures) Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can possibly need. The vila also had everything you need to go to the beach. My pup also had a great time- I was able to let her on the deck without worrying and out her getting out. They also have a large and small enclosed dog areas so they could do their "business" and was happy to see it was kept clean and people picked up after their dogs. If I had 1 thing to complain about it that the sofa should be replaced in the near future - its sinking in making it a little uncomfortable to sit on. But other than that everything else was perfect. The manager, Drew, quickly responded to our questions and was really nice. My hubby & I actually extended another night because we loved it so much. It was so depressing to leave but I am looking forward to returning next year and many years after.

Paradise
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the most wonderful week. It had everything we wanted. It was just over an hour away from Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and the Kennedy Space Center. There were so many places to eat, and the location felt like a small community. It couldn't be any closer to the beach either! Such a great place to stay!

We just completed our second stay at PBC and had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available and you can't get closer to the ocean or a pool. We have decided to make it the place to go if we want to stay on the Atlantic side of Florida.

EASY, comfortable relaxing vacation
We had a great time at this place. The views were amazing and the space was well equipped with housewares, towels, kitchenware, etc. We had a few things that we needed assistance with but Drew was extremely responsive and anything we needed was tended to immediately. I'm already looking for my next unit to rent!
