We really enjoyed our week at this condo. We had a supermarket right across the street, the beach, the pool. We were able to prepare meals in the good sized kitchen and out on the grill. The only small downside was the amount of coral in the water, but with water shoes it was fine. Great spot!

The condo was so nice. We woke every morning to the view of the ocean and went to bed with view of the moon over the ocean! We had no issues, with everything down to the manager being excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future.

I highly recommend this property. Management & maintenance were 10 star ++++ in responding to a couple minor concerns. Everything was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable and looks just like the pictures! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The icing on the cake was watching 2 space X launches from our balcony. Just wow! You won't be disappointed if you book here.

This is our second year spending two weeks at this property. The place is really well maintained by professional staff who just want to make your stay a great experience. The location cannot be beat. You are directly on the beach. Satellite Beach is a very quiet town that is perfect for recharging. And best part is you can bring your dog(s).

Loved our stay
It was such a perfect spot for us. We had plenty or room and loved that we could just stay and cook in our rental. Our girls (1 and 5 year olds) loved the pool and the beach, I loved that we could walk right down from our room and the pool and beach were only a few steps away from each other. I would recommend this place abd would love to visit again!

We recently stayed in unit 442, we had 6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 small dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as the pictures show and the most amazing part by far is THE VIEW!!! You can see the ocean from almost every room! Our only issue was the very low water pressure in both showers. Zareh emailed us a few times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which was nice. We definitely recommend this unit, and everything including the pool and beach was just what we were looking for!

We recently stayed in unit 442, we had 6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 small dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as the pictures show and the most amazing part by far is THE VIEW!!! The beach is very quiet, very few people! We saw dolphins several times from the balcony!
My only complaint would be that the unit is not very stocked in the kitchen. Other than that, we LOVED it!

Family spring break
Our first time at PBC and Satellite Beach. Great place for families with younger kids. Very quiet beach so teenagers might enjoy more hustle and bustle. The unit has been updated nicely. Older condos but the 2 we rented were updated. Directly on the beach and steps from the sand. We were shocked at spring break and very few on the beach. 15 minutes from Cocoa where it is much busier.

The pool wasn’t working, no cold water in the kitchen, we had to fix the drawer in the fridge cause it fell out when you opened it, none of the amenities were available that were in the description due to very loud construction going on during the days. Definitely in need of updating on living room furniture and the rug. The bathrooms need towel hooks, and the bedrooms need mirrors. The views were absolutely wonderful and we did enjoy our family time together since we came from 3 different states.

Awesome Family Gathering!
This property was an absolute beauty. Nice, clean, awesome views and a great pool. Enough room for all of us! There are a few things that could be added/ a mirror in the large bedroom, light in the small bathroom and a few more cooking essentials. The view was amazing. You could stand in the balcony and see the beautiful ocean and also see the pool. Great experience for ocean life too!!

It feels like you’re on a boat — without the rocking
This property/unit is so close to the beach that it literally feels like you’re in the water. The panoramic views definitely help with this illusion and they are to die for. The decor and finishes in the living areas and bedrooms are light and airy adding to the experience. If I were to give the property managers any advice i’d say to add to the amenities by including some additional things like liquid hand soaps/spices in the kitchen, etc. also, cold water pressure was pretty low, but I think that’s a building/pipe issue rather than anything wrong with the unit itself. Otherwise, no gripes! The California king sized beds are super comfortable, internet speeds are decent, the chairs and umbrella for the beach were also nice and in decent condition. If you’re looking for an oasis within a tropical paradise, I’d definitely recommend booking this unit.

This was our fourth trip to Paradise Beach . All of our needs are there. We love the beach and the pool. Everything is kept up. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. Hope to return next year. We had a great time.

Beautiful beach spot!
We absolutely loved staying at this property for three nights! The views are stunning from every window, and we loved having access to the private hot tub, condo pool and the beach just is just steps away! The kids had a blast! The condo was stocked with plenty of towels and beach supplies, and they had plenty of items in the kitchen to make cooking and clean up easy. We had no issues whatsoever so I cannot attest to any communication with property manager, but that’s a good thing! I would definitely recommend this unit and even come back to stay again!

I stayed there six nights in early March with my wife and family. Our total expense for six nights with taxes and fees was a hair over for thousand dollars, so our expectations were pretty high. I'd say that our impressions of the property were evenly split between good and bad.Let's start with the good. The location is fabulous. You are very close toe the beach. At high tide you could toss a baseball into the ocean from the balcony. The property is literally across the street from a Publix, so stocking up is easy enough. The photos in the listing are accurate. The kitchen, living area, and two of the bedroom are very nice and comfortable. The televisions are big. We used an HDMI cable to connect to one of the them and stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Internet speed was around 22 Mbps. Kitchen was well-equipped, though the knives were horribly dull (we bought a chef's knife and left it behind). Could've used a 4-qt saucepan, but we made do. Range is electric. Flatware was a little sparse (don't plan on eating more than two meals without doing dishes). The dishes were horrendous, but there were plenty of them. Lots of beach towels and beach gear. Now the bad. Popcorn ceilings. There are two bathrooms, and they are right next to each other. Water never got hot enough for me (unless someone flushed while you were in the shower). Water pressure was not good. Bathrooms had seven-foot ceilings which means the middle of the shower head came to my nose (I'm 6'2"). Very little room to move around in the bathrooms. No room to mount a toilet paper spindle or towel rack to the wall. Also, the third bedroom (the one with the two double beds in the photos) is almost an afterthought. They took the doors off of the closet and crammed a dresser in there - the groves for the doors are still in the floor. That room has a door to the exterior, and the window goes to the breezeway in front of the unit. Also, the hot-tub is a mess. Cover torn. Loose panel floats away when you turn on the jets. Furniture around it broken - it does get hot, though. When you drive up, you'll wonder whether you're in the right place. I have no idea when the place was originally built, but I'd guess the mid-1970s. It looks like an old tired, beat up beach property. The owners have remodeled, and Unit 442 really looks like they stopped when they were 2/3 done. If they "finish" the renovation, the place will be fabulous.

Great View; great location
This was our second time in this unit and despite COVID restrictions, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The views from two of the bedrooms look out on the beach and provide great views of the beautiful sunrises over the water. The complex is located so close to the beach that if you were any closer, you'd be in a boat! Pool was not crowded and water temp was perfect. Hot tub was a real plus and we appreciated that the owners had arranged for weekly maintenance, as we used it a lot. The complex is conveniently located to supermarket and several area restaurants and any stay must include the Thursday night rib special at Long Doggers. Emma (Property Manager) was easy to communicate with and responsive.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is very spacious and bright. Great views of the ocean. We say 2 SpaceX rockets take off. A very relaxing week. We will be back next year.

We used the chairs, cooler and umbrellas to go to the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay, so we were never able to go into the ocean. I would like to note that there is only a staircase to access the beach and there is virtually no beach to use at high tide. We did not use the pool (it closes at dusk), but it looked nice. The managers office had lots of books, games and puzzles to borrow. The condo was nicely furnished. The kitchen only had salt and pepper so you would need to purchase anything else. One thing that needed improvement was the limited amount of silverware, we were always washing forks, there were 5. It would have been nice to have at least 8 forks so you could eat breakfast and dinner without having to do dishes. This was a great place to stay and the view can’t be beat!

Our stay at Paradise Beach Club was delightful. Great restaurants in the area. Plenty of activities to do. The management staff are all pleasant and fast , responding to questions. Beautiful Ocean Views
This particular unit features expansive views of the ocean. The building itself is quite old and outdated however this penthouse 3 bedroom unit has clearly been renovated and is very comfortable for a family or friends. The kitchen and living room area have plenty of seating with views of the ocean everywhere. Two bedrooms also have beautiful ocean views. One bedroom has a beautiful patio with lounge chairs facing the ocean and a hot tub. Loved it!
The third bedroom is quite outdated and could be refreshed. It would not stop us from renting again however.
Great experience overall! You really can’t go wrong.
