Mark and julie and Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great room. Superb breakfast.motorbike friendly. Secure parking. Gates locked at night. Pershore is lovely town. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

We loved our stay, our hosts Mark & Julie were superb in every detail. The house was fitted with triple glazing so the High Street traffic was not heard, one could hear a pin drop! The cold water in a glass bottle which was placed & found outside our bedroom door when we returned from our best Indian meal ever tasted (recommendation from Mark & Julie) is an example of our they care for their guests. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely thick rasher of bacon, no fat and to be presented with a choice of 3 home made preserves to put on the toast was absolutely divine. Would recommend folks stay at Woodlands, 159 Hight Street any time to receive the full Julie & Mark treatment!

Wholesome and cooked as requested and I am most grateful that this 'oldie' was looked after in every way; travelling alone at my age can be a bit of a challenge - but Julie and Mark appreciated that and were also very kind to take me from and to the rail station. The whole experience was most welcoming.

A lovely comfortable room, into which a lot of thought has clearly gone. Wide range of choices at breakfast and I appreciated being asked when I wanted my toast.
My only very slight quibble was not having fresh milk in the room, although I expect I could have had some if I had thought to ask!

Mark and Julie are lovely hosts, so friendly. Their breakfasts are excellent, room was ideal and very clean with a fully functioning, non leaking and spacious shower, spacious off road parking and the tariff really was amazingly good value for money. Highly recommended.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I had very specific dietary needs and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean.
They could do with blackout curtains as there was a high level of light from the street lamps outside.

Mark and Julie are very warm and welcoming. Nothing seems too much trouble. They have a beautiful house and Garden. The breakfasts are deloicious. Mark's photos which adorn the rooms are all beautiful. We will be back.

The best breakfast ever - everything cooked fresh, plenty of options and the jams etc were all home made - very obliging hosts who made sure that you had everything that you needed whilst allowing you the time and space to enjoy your stay.

Lovely B&B, fantastic breakfast, ideal location in Pershore. Cold water left outside your room each evening was a lovely extra touch. On arrival offered tea or coffee. Mark & Julie excellent hosts.

From the moment we arrived it was like home. We were welcomed with a cup of tea and shown to our excellent room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had a great shower. Breakfast, which is included, was excellent. A choice of full English, or continental. We sampled both and they were very good. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Woodland.

The breakfast (full english) was delicious. You also had a choice of cereals and juices, all included in the price of the room. Very spacious room, (for 3 x people), exceptionally clean and comfy and tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits provided in the ensuite room. Very friendly and homely, would definitely reccomend
If I had to say something, it would be that we slept with the window open all night and could hear the occasional cars pass by... saying that we could have always closed the window 😁
