Spacious, plenty of room for our group of 4 women

Very attractive large flat with big bedrooms. Great kitchen. Awesone location....So close to everything.

Skinny bathroom. Parking for our large car was difficult to find and a real nuisance.

The location and structure is very good, the apartment is big, the mattress are nice.

The staff that "welcomed" us was really really really rude. I don't think I've never been so humiliated. They offered us to leave our backpacks in the apartment before check in time, I called them when I arrived in Edinburgh to arrange the time, a woman replied that she would be in the appartment in 15 min and if we wanted the keys we should get there fast. I told her that we were going to take the bus and in 20 min we got in the apartment. She was no longer there and she left saying that she couldn't wait 5 minutes. She understood from my accent that I wasn't from an english country and it was a show of insults and humiliation. Incluinding about how I spoke and wrote. I have all this messages on my phone to prove what I am saying. If you don't want to work with people from another country and culture, stay away from turism market.

Nice area, old town in walking distance. Good size of apartment for 4. Kitchen is very well equipped. Tea and coffee and more is provided.

Our flight was cancelled 2 hours before and they were great with arranging the key being left in a safe space

Shower broken

it is a spacious appmtn - the kitchen was wel equipped and the beds were very comfortable. and it’s quiet during the night. lots of shops nearby. cleaners and owner are very nice and helpful.

the water in the shower has not much pressure. and it does not have a separate toilet which can be a thing when traveling with a group. the couch really needs to be replaced - it hurts your back just by looking at it - it has totally collapsed. so we could only sit at the diningtable. It would have been nice to hang on the couch after a long day strolling around.

Really nice, have everything we need, kitchen well prepare. the house is warm and comfortable.

unfortunately we had a problem one night with a fan noise what was difficult sleep for some time. but was only one night and the property know already about that. they will check.

Good location and the flat was clean, warm and very comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities plus local shops were nearby. The beds were comfortable and there was a good selection of board games to choose from to enjoy with friends. Property owner was very communicative before and during our stay and allowed us a late check out upon asking, which was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
