Staff were excellent, remembering our names and asking how our project was going. Rooms were huge and super clean and very well maintained. The location could not be better.

There is an arrangement with a restaurant next door (via an internal door) but the food was poor quality. I literally sent mine back and was refunded in full.

It appears I have been scammed off the official booking.com site and the lack of response to compensate me for my double payment has been less than forthcoming.

Everything was great!! My family loved starting at Cheval and have told me to book cheval in London too in our next visit.

I have been there for 3 times because I like it . But this time is very disappointing.

Dirty, noisy, the staff is not friendly. Very disappointing.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great comfy beds plus having a washing machine and dryer.

There a few stairs to keep in mind but doable even with large bags.

Beautiful rooms and location was amazing

There was a lot of construction right outside our window and we could hear scaffolding clattering together every morning before 7am like clockwork. We did not sleep well our whole stay and we were there for 9 nights. Single glazed windows did not hold out much noise at all, even if the scaffolding wasnt there it still would have been loud with crowd noise. We are easily pleased so this was dissapointing. There was also the rudest cleaner I have ever come across. She was European cleaner and was not professional at all. Every other staff were wonderful though.

Everything about Cheval Chambers was simply fabulous, I would stay here again 100% All the staff we dealt with were lovely people, courteous, and helpful from check-in to check-out our apartment stunning, location stunning we will return again in the future

Great location on the Royal Mile, very helpful lobby staff, super apartment, and helpful to our dogs.

We chose to have breakfast and to cook dinner in the apartment (local restaurants full due to Beyoncé concert) and so more cutlery and a microwave would be helpful.
