Receptionist (Turkish) was excellent. The restaurant staff & food were excellent.

I tried to check in at 03.50. Despite having explained to a team member from your Warrington centre that I would be arriving in the early hours of Sunday morning, I was informed that I was recorded as a, 'no show'. This combined with a computer issue resulted in a 15 minute wait in reception. I was offered a complimentary visit to Starbucks by way of an apology.

Das Personal an der Rezeption wie auch der Zimmerservice waren sehr zuvorkommend. Dankenswerterweise haben wir ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Lage und Anbindung mit Bus in die Innenstadt ist super. Bar mit Restaurant im Haus.

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer, kein 2. Stuhl, kein Safe; Beleuchtung im Bad spärlich; Dusche rutschig und spritzt auf den Badboden; keine Papiertaschentücher im Bad. Restaurant bietet zu wenig vegetarisches an. Hotel und Zimmer sind gut, aber deutlich zu teuer !

Good location

Rooms were very unclean. I checked in and found cigarette burns on the duvet cover. Naturally I asked for this to be resolved at reception which they were agreeable to do. This was approximately 2pm in the afternoon. I then returned to the hotel at 11pm to find that the duvet cover had not been changed and had to chase this up at reception again. Staff at reception were exceptionally rude and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. The cleanliness of the room in general was very poor, especially the bathroom. There was soap scum left in the shower tray, hairs left in the shower tray and the toilet was dirty. For £200 a night for room only, this is extremely poor.

Everything it was amazing I’m registered blind and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful Everybody there was amazing. Definitely be going back to stay there again. Lovely food lovely stuff. lovely hot tub. It was amazing just what we needed..

Great location, very good facilities, room was a good size and has bath included. Breakfast was good was a lot of options. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Evening meals finish at 9-15 PM, this cause difficulties who go for tour come after that , need some kind of arrangement for them
