Wow where to start! We had such a pleasurable holiday staying at this fabulous house. Firstly, the owner Tassos was incredibly welcoming and communicative, always ready to assist. He helped us with car hire, restaurant suggestions, beaches to visit and boat trip info, the perfect host! Then the house itself is stunning, perched on the beautiful cliff edge with gorgeous seafront views, it truly felt like a hidden gem. The facilities and decor were top notch, and the level of care and attention to cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect too, a few minutes walk into Skiathos Town meant my teenagers had plenty to do! I can wholeheartedly recommend this house for anyone looking for a remarkable stay in this beautiful Skiathos house!

Absolutely immaculate house with the most amazing views of the bay.
Property spotlessly clean and Tassos the owner is so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him to make our stay perfect.
2 small beaches below which was a nice bonus as weather when we stayed was extremely hot.
If I could add one thing it would be a small hot tub/ spa (on a cold setting)on the property just for somewhere to cool off from the sun.

The villa was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything you might need and everything was of the highest quality.
The view was amazing, you never got bored of it.
The location of the villa was ideal with a local fruit shop, bakery & supermarket within a few mins walk.
It’s about 10/12 minute walk into the centre of Skiathos and only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all of the beaches on the southern side of the island.
The villa is owned by Tassos who was SO helpful, both before we arrived and whilst we were there. He is an excellent host

From the time we booked this gorgeous property we recieved the utmost care and attention from Tassos. From meeting us at the airport to checking we had everything we needed he was great. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of seating/sunbeds to enjoy the scenery. It was in a fabulous location for a gentle stroll to the town or down to the local beaches. We couldn't fault anything and can't wait to go back!

This is a beautiful home with fantastic views and a wonderful host, what more can one ask for! In fact there is more, the location is outstanding with beach, mini markets, bus stop and the town within easy walking distance, 5 minutes. Excellent restaurants nearby. The house is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots etc. and everything in the house is of high quality and demonstrates high levels of care. Tassos is a delightful, helpful and friendly host organising airport transfers and recommending restaurants too. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning.

We have travelled all over the world, stayed in some lovely 5* hotels , but none had a view as good as that from the terrace of Tassos’s lovely property. The photos barely do it justice, it’s breathtaking. In fact we smiled at a number of people who stood in front of the gates taking selfies with ‘our’ view in the background!
The interior of the property is lovely too: spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with top quality appliances in the kitchen where you could cook/prepare anything you want as everything is provided. Very helpfully a number of basic provisions are in the cupboards aswell.
Tassos is a delightful man - really helpful from arranging transport to booking our first night meal.
The property is very conveniently situated for the town and all amenities. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk from the property.
Unhesitatingly recommend this lovely property!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The views are absolutely stunning as is the inside of the property. Our host Tassos is brilliant, we could not of wished for more from him meeting us at the airport to arranging our transport back. It was a privilege to stay in his home, he cares so much. Tassos was the perfect host, faultless communication before and during our stay, met us at the airport and arranged our transfers both ways for us, his beautiful house is only a short distance from the airport and is in an ideal location. There is a mini market, fruit shop and bakery within 2 minutes walk and the bus stop is also close by where you can hop on for €2 and go anywhere on the island. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless, Every little detail has been thought about and it is very clear Tassos has put his heart into making sure his house is like a home from home. The view is also one of the best on the island. I had an unfortunate small accident during our stay and Tassos not only arranged transport to the medical centre immediately for us he also accompanied us to ensure we got treated. 30 minutes later I was back bandaged up. Impeccable service which we were most grateful for at such a worrying time. We had the most amazing time during our stay and we’re very sad when it was time to leave. We will definately be back next year to explore even more of this beautiful island.

We had a fantastic stay at Tassos’s house. It looked amazing and when we arrived it was even better than the pictures. The view was unbelievable and his home was modern, clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the old town and port with shops and restaurants . A brilliant host. He was there for anything we needed and very helpful, he arranged the taxi from the airport too. We loved it thank you Tassos.

Our stay in Skiathos
Had a wonderful week at Tassos beautiful home in Skiathos. The house, was perfect for a getaway with an absolutely stunning view of the Aegean Sea. A Very Clean beautiful home and location was perfect with being so close and within walking distance to everything in downtown Skiathos. Tassos has thought of everything you will need for your stay and is an amazing host. Also this location is within a short walking distance to bus stop for visiting many of the local beaches.

Paradise in the sun
We saw by the listing of the property that it was lovely, but in reality it exceeded our expectations.
Tassos was the perfect host, informative, really pleasant and always there if he was needed.
Everything is close by so a car isn’t necessary unless you want to explore the beautiful island.

Ferien auf Skiathos
The apartment is just perfect: brilliant location on top of the cliff with a marvelous view on the sea. The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever is needed. The little town with countless narrow streets and lots of cozy restaurants is within walking distance.
And last but not least the landlord Tassos Organidis is looking very well after his guests.
We’ve spent some very relaxing days on Skiathos.

Haus über dem Meer
Das Haus liegt wunderschön über dem Meer, man schläft ein und wacht auf mit dem Rauschen der Wellen. Der Vermieter Tassos sorgt dafür, dass alles da ist was man braucht, und ist vom Buchen über das Ankommen bis zum Anschied freundlich aufmerksam da. In der Umgebung findet sich alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Strand (auch gleich unter dem Haus durch den kleinen Garten mit Feigenbaum) und Scooter-Verleih. Alles in allem eine Oase für zwei!

Amazing!
We had so many plans for our stay on Skiathos but we didn’t manage to do any of them: the view from the apartment is even better than the photos suggest... so we spent a lot of the time just looking at the bay and the boats from the balcony, and listening to the waves on the beach below. So therapeutic and good for the soul. This apartment is an amazing place to relax and take things easy. Our host, Tassos, was very attentive but not overly so. We would definitely visit again!

Wir fanden das Apartment so schön, dass wir verlängert haben, obwohl wir eigentlich vorhatten, weiter nach Skopelos zu reisen. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen sowie das Komfort der Wohnung (komplett und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet) und die Lage zur Stadt hin (fußläufig aber nicht zu nah) haben uns sehr gefallen. Tassos, der Vermieter, was immer bemüht, uns zu helfen mit Insidertipps und sorgte dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal seine Gäste gewesen.

Fantastic property with amazing views
We stayed in this lovely house for 2 weeks in summer 2019. The house is fantastic - Tassos has thought of everything. The views are amazing watching the yachts coming and going and at night the views of the stars and the Milky Way were great. Tassos was really good at keeping in touch throughout our stay to check all was ok - and it was! There were no problems. I particularly liked the outside space, the comfy sofas, the walk in wardrobe (what a luxury on holiday), essentials like iron and washing machine, and the day bed on the balcony is the comfiest seat with the best views in Skiathos. We were asked by several people walking past the gates ‘wow, are you staying here’!

Just home from Tassos’ property and would like to say how amazing his house is .
He very kindly was at the airport to greet me and arrange the taxi for the short drive to his amazing property .
Unfortunately the weather was terrible so could only imagine just how wonderful it would have been if the sun had shone . The view from the extensive terraces overlooked the lovely beach of Megli ammos which in my opinion was one of the best beaches and so close to town .
The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable including such a comfy bed and was modern with great attention to detail . It had everything which was needed and more !
Tassos was so kind , helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble .
Looking forward to returning next year and hopefully the sun will shine .

Beautiful house in a perfect location!
We can't say enough good things about our stay at Tassos' house. The house is immaculate and finished to a high standard and the view from the terrace absolutely stunning. Tassos has thought of everything that you may need for your stay and he is the perfect host. He was in contact with us before we even arrived arranging our transport from the airport to the house. The location of the house is perfect, near enough to the beach and the town and a superb restaurant right next door - we couldn't recommend this highly enough. All in all a perfect place for a wonderful holiday.

Skiathos Paradise
What can I say? We had a fabulous time in Skiathos combining a family wedding with our summer holiday. Our accommodation was first class and we would recommend it without reservation. Excellent location with the most amazing views out over the bay. Incredibly convenient to all of the facilities of Skiathos Town but really private. The charming Tassos is a first class host with brilliant communication at every stage. During our visit he kept in constant touch to check if we needed anything but without ever being intrusive. The facilities are excellent and we struggled to think of anything else that would have improved our stay when asked by Tassos. If you're thinking about it, just do it!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views
This apartment really does have the ‘wow’ factor! As soon as you walk through the gates you know it is going to be a special place. We wanted an apartment that had a great outdoor space with amazing views - and it certainly didn’t fail to deliver. It is simply stunning. The interior is exactly as the photos show, it is spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped. The owner, Tassos, has thought of everything and certainly has an eye for detail.
Tassos is the perfect host, communication was great, and he was always quick to respond to messages (something of a rarity in Greece we’ve found). He kept in contact throughout our stay, ensuring everything was ok. He even met us off our ferry on arrival and arranged the transfer to the apartment (something we didn’t expect), and also arranged the transfer to the airport on our departure.
The apartment is in a great location - just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and town, with the nearest beach also only a few minutes’ walk away.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

Tasso’s beautiful house in Skiathos exceeded expectations. Everything about this house is stunning, along with the view was Tasso’s meticulus attention to detail. He has put his heart and sole into this house and that is evident.

Super schönes modernes Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht
Das Haus ist noch frisch renoviert und es mangelt an nichts. Voll ausgestattete Küche, wunderschöne Terasse mit bester Aussicht aufs Meer. Von der Terasse hinab geht ein Weg hin zu einem kleinen Strand, der sonst nur mit dem Boot zu erreichen ist - entsprechend hat man hier seine Ruhe und seinen eigenen kleinen Privatstrand :) Der Host, Tassos, war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit allem sehr geholfen. Egal ob es ums Haus ging oder den Bootsverleih. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Tassos' one bedroom bungalow was a restful retreat complete with all the amenities for self service. The outside views and interior decoration conveyed his attention to detail in this lovely island setting. Its convenience to shopping and activities offered the right mix of rest and movement. Tassos was a gracious, helpful owner, always available to be of assistance! We loved our stay which was perfect for our 50th Anniversary!
