Staff was very nice.
Breakfast to take with us when we left for the hike really early.
Most of the staff doesn't speak english, which is very common in Chili. But we would always make it work.

The best host Willy I hope I didn’t mess up his name . Super great guy we got in to a issue with the bus station he helped us out when we got back from Torres Del Paine. Great location close to downtown and food and drink is near by. there is a mini mart where you can buy snacks for Torres del paines hike. Shower has hot, room was spacious and comfortable and we got a great pack lunch for the trip on the W . I wanted to get more money for helping us out with our predicament, but the generous and kindness went out of their way. I can’t say enough about the host. please stay here you will not go wrong. If they ever come to the United States in North Carolina, I hope he stays with us for free.

Family staff are super nice and helpful. Facilities and room are all fine.
A slight bummer to have no windows (though we did have a skylight). Slept well in the darkness anyway!

Super friendly staff, made a sandwich and snack to go for me since my bus left before breakfast. My flight got into town around 9am and they still had a room ready for me. Wifi was stable and fast, I was able to take video calls for work.
Room temperature was a bit hard to control.

Amazing family-run B&B in the centre of Puerto Natales. Extremely clean and comfortable, rooms are spacious and breakfast delicious!

The staff was very nice. Good location.

The hostel is in the centre of town, an easy walk to restaurants and shops; the bus station is a 15-20 minute walk. The room was very clean, and it is obvious the owners take pride in making sure this is the case. The owner was welcoming, showing us to our toom. The room was warm.
The room had a very tiny window, with only a view of a wall, so there was very little natural light. The hostel would benefit from a comfortable lounge for guests. The beds were not uncomfortable, but seemed quite old - one sank in the middle and the other on one side. The main weakness is the breakfast - it is very basic with few spreads and no cereal, hot food, fruit or real fruit juice.

The place was good, the location great and the staff amazing.

Everything was perfect. The room was big and had everything we needed, the location was excellent and the staff was amazingly accommodating, kind and warm. Willy, the manager, welcome us almost as family, we couldn’t eat breakfast because a tour we had schedule early in the morning but the staff made a breakfast to go so we could take it with us to our tour (a life saver breakfast/snack).
This is the best hostel experience I’ve had in my life, preferred over a lot of hotels too.
We loved staying at Hostal Nataly and we will definitely come back.

Lady (owner?) Was extremely nice and helpful. Localization is fine.
The male owner was unpleasant, he demanded more money than it was saying in our app and was basically shouting at us. Some rooms are by the Street, might be loud. Breakfast is super poor. There are very few sockets.

Willy, who greeted us, was exceptionally kind. He made it feel like we were coming home. The room was comfortable and it was in a great location, close to great places to eat.
