The location is great. Rooms are very clean, it was very cold outside, but inside the room was warm and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful

1.There was no mat for clean shoes next to entrance. 2. Room nuber 4, where we been accomodated. When you open water from tap in bathroom the water starting to running under the bathroom sink. Not too much and enough to collecting water on the bathroom floor.

This is a cute cottage-like experience in the heart of Puerto Natales. It has wonderful facilities, the food is lovely and the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. We felt like we found a gem when we found this place. I hope you enjoy it as a quaint, convenient, relaxing, supported, professionally managed home away from home.

I liked everything, i stayed there before and after an 8 days trek in Torres Del paine, the rooms and bed were so confy, there was even a bath in my room, felt like a dream after 7 nights in a tent. The breakfast is ready super early, around 6am so you can eat something before catching the 7am bus to Torres Del Paine. The staff are very nice.

noise insulation is not good. at 6 am people started moving around, shower and toilet noises, people talking i the rooms next door

the lady at the front desk at arrival, was really not into the job. The biggest concern was to snap at my son that the door was not closed properly, while she herself did not show much knowledge of reception work: she did not take the (very large) hotel key, signaled with a nod that it should be thrown in a bin and when you get back, you'd have to go find your own key in that box? safety??? First night there was a loud party, but didn't last all night. Another collegue was really friendly but shuffled around in her slippers. Breakfast was mediocre.
