A nuestra llegada ya nos alojamos aquí antes de partir a PN Torres del Paine. Recibimos buena atención y la habitación era la ideal para descansar después de los días cansadores de trekking por el parque. Destaco que solo llevamos lo necesario en la mochila para el trekking y el resto de nuestros equipajes dejamos en guarda sin costo en el hostal. Al volver del parque nos alojamos de nuevo aquí y nos retiramos después de un nutritivo y completo desayuno. Recomendado!

El desayuno incluyó todo lo que habitualmente consumimos y fue el ideal antes de partir a nuestro primer día de trekking en PN Torres del Paine, que el hostal adecuó a nuestra necesidad de salida más temprano, adelantando el horario. También destaco la habitación, las camas y el baño que fueron limpios y cómodos.

This was a lovely stay. The staff are great, really friendly. The rooms were comfy & quiet. The bed was great. It was only a few minutes walk to the centre of the town & there are good options to eat nearby. Breakfast was lovely. Would stay again.

Very clean and great location close to the bus station (5mins) and only 15 min walk to restaurants and shops in the centre. Good basic breakfast included and perfect for hikers as you can leave luggage while on the W trek. Good shower with plenty of hot water

Clean, comfy and nice breakfast. I consider the location to be great because it’s walking distance from the bus terminal and a few blocks farther to the center and restaurants. The highest point is how friendly and helpful the staff is, specially doña Beatriz, the owner.

The wifi was fast, location close to both the bus station and town, breakfast really varied, staff lovely, bag storage secure and the rooms clean and comfortable. I'm honestly surprised that these guys don't charge more, when compared to other accommodation in the area.

Excellent place, quiet room, very good shower, the host was very kind, close to the bus terminal and city center, good breakfast. I had 1 night before Torres and 1 night after Torres and I could leave my motzila there for free

We stayed here twice and had a great time! Second time we stayed upstairs which seemed a bit newer, but both rooms were very nice and comfortable with a hot shower and were more upscale than some other hostels we stayed in with a more varied breakfast. The first time I forgot my credit card and they kindly messaged me and held on to it until I came back.

this hotel is just perfect!! the staff are so friendly, it is absolutely spotless, so clean and the cleaners come in every day. Parking is very safe, just 10 mins walk to town. honestly just stop looking and book this hotel, it is amazing for what you pay and thank you to the staff!

Great location if you're taking the early buses that depart to Torres del Paine as the hostal is a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal. They can store your luggage for you while you do the trails. Breakfast time is flexible to tailor for early departures. Staff speak minimal English but are super friendly and willing to help. They kept the charger we accidentally left behind which we picked up after we returned.

We stayed 2 nights at Hostal America - one night on either side of our W-trek hike in Torres del Paine. The location is great for those going to Torres del Paine: about a 6-minute walk to the bus station where you'll board your bus to the park. The property was very clean, and the owner and staff were very friendly, even preparing an early breakfast before we had to leave for our 7am bus to the park, which was great! The rooms are fairly simple - a bed, nightstand, and TV - but just fine for those using Puerto Natales as a base to head to the park (though our room the first night was a bit small). And the bathrooms are really nice; the large, hot shower was heavenly after being on-trail for 5 days. All told, a fantastic spot and great value for those headed to Torres del Paine!
