El personal te hace sentir como en casa, son muy acogedores y amables. Todo está muy limpio, el lugar está muy bien ubicado, hay una excelente calefacción, las camas son cómodas. Tuve la oportunidad de compartir con personas de otras culturas.

Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Die Betten sind bequem und die ganze Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt die Möglichkeit seinen Rucksack während des Besuchs des Nationalparks zu lagern.
Das Frühstück ist eher einfach, aber mit gutem Kaffee.

Muy acogedor el lugar y el desayuno muy rico con lo justo y necesario en la temperatura correcta. José y Claudio muy amables y pacientes.
Podrían mejorar la iluminación del segundo piso en áreas comunes.

The owners were very nice and helpful. They were there helping us to find dinner in the evening and preparing coffee and breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean.
The room was very basic, but really what I expected from a hostel. We had four bunk beds for the three of us which gave us a little extra space. Parking on the street was difficult.

Nice and clean, great staff, really appreciated all the great coffees made for us! Thankyou for your wonderful hospitality.
It was on the expensive side for a dorm room and is a bit of a walk into town but aside from that it was perfect.

Jose and Claudio are consummate hosts who are very friendly and knowledgable. They were always available if I had a question. Breakfast was great (toast, fresh fruit, cheese, meat) with excellent fresh coffee each morning. My room was spacious and warm, and my bed was extremely comfortable. The whole property is very clean and located close to points of interest. I was able to leave my stuff behind while I trekked for a week. I highly recommend this place and I would stay again.

Our travel got delay one day later and we did not have any problem to rebook from one day to another. The owner and stuff were very helpful and polite. The room was small but clean and beds comfortable.
The breakfast was included, and the coffee was delicious :-)
If I will have to stay in this hotel for more than one or two days, our room will be too small for two adults and two children family.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was quiet, clean and well set up with comfortable bed and really great wifi. Breakfast was decent, not huge but had enough to get us through the morning. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We preferred staying a little out of the way (it was about a mile walk to get to the main square) but if you're someone who wants to be in the middle of things this place may not be for you.
The room could use a little repair- bathroom door didn't close well, toilet seat wasn't fastened on entirely, a couple other minor issues. However, nothing was terribly wrong and I suspect when the busy season ends they'll go through the rooms and do the fixes.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great - equidistant from the bus terminal and downtown Puerto Natales. Highly recommend!

I loved staying here before and after the W Trek. The owner and staff are super helpful and kind. They make the best coffee in Puerto Natales (maybe the best in Patagonia). The beds are so comfortable and the location is quiet so you can get great sleep. Nice 10 min walk to city center. I recommend to any type of traveler.

The host and staff are very friendly and know a lot about that are available in and around Puerto Natales. The rooms were impeccable, the beds very comfortable (even for a tall person like myself) with clean white bed sheets. The bathroom is of good quality and also clean. The breakfast is basic, but fair and they make a really good coffee.
The top bunk beds didn't have any guard rails. I didn't need them but I think I would've felt more secure if there were a few.

Kept coming back to this hostel every time I was in Puerto Natales. The service is outstanding, super nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, cozy beds and fluffy duvets. Spotless bathrooms and over all feels more like a nice hotel and way better than any other hostel I stayed at in Chile. They have an actual professional espresso machine and make the best cappuccino I've had in Patagonia

We had a great stay at Hostal Camino de Santiago. All the staff were very kind and helpful with our numerous questions. Safe, clean and my best nights sleep in Chile.

The property itself if located just outside of the downtown aurea of puerto natales. For us this was nice because it was a bit quieter then staying in the main area. The hosts were amazing and helped us with everything from where to hike, to what to eat to what was open/ closed Christmas. The rooms were simple but very clean and the beds were perfect after a long day of hiking. Breakfast was ready early every morning allowing you to go off on your daily adventure easily.
A fridge in the rooms would have been nice. but they were kind enough to let us use the communal fridge!
