Rooms are small and apt isn’t as nice as pictures look but overall it was easy, good stay with everything we needed. Great host.

The booking was easy, and excellent communication via WhatsApp. Our queries were answered quickly. The apartment itself is beautiful- lovely original features. Three bathrooms with showers is a great bonus for a family group. The living area is comfy and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. The apartment is very clean and the mid-week complementary clean was thorough. Location is great - metro directly opposite the apartment, sandwich shop beside the apartment is first class, although all the food is amazing!! We all slept well - very quiet. Lots of grocery shops nearby and Glovo App ⭐️. Thanks Enjoybcn Miro - we had a great time.

Our family of 10 loved our stay at this Barcelona apartment in a lovely walkable neighborhood with restaurants and grocery stores, and a lovely coffee shop next to our apartment building.
Great floor plan and location, with an easy walk to La Rambla, and lots of site seeing. Loved the rooftop with a little splash pool for relaxing with a cocktail after a full day of sightseeing.
The property management team was excellent to communicate with and very prompt.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived late.
The apartment is very centrally located. The interior is minimalist but clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a large group.
The pool is very shallow but was great for the kids!
Downsides: very few amenities in the kitchen (no dishwasher soap or sponges, for example) and airconditioning did not work in two of the rooms in the back - we reported this but there was no response. We did not insist on having any of these fixed, the stay was fine without interventions.

This is the perfect spot for a visit to Barcelona. Located in a wonderful spot with a Starbucks just next door to the entrance you couldn’t ask for more. Plenty of fantastic restaurants and shops all within walking distance. La Rambla is just a short walk away and you can make it to many areas by foot. Plenty of space in this place as we had our family 6 (2 adults 4 kids 13, 15, 18, 20) plus our parents. There was plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. 3 bathrooms is a bonus too. Laundry is shared but a great amenity to have while traveling. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space if you are staying for a long visit. We only were there for 2 nights. We would highly recommend this location and come back again in the future.

Perfect location central to food, shopping and sight seeing! This apartment comfortably accommodated our party of 8. The entire apartment was immaculate. The property managers were accommodating and helpful in meeting our needs. The rooftop pool and seating area was a perfect shared spot to see the city! When we return we would definitely stay here!!

From beginning to end, our family was thoroughly impressed with our experience and stay at this property. Updated property, clean, fantastic location - all just wonderful. The communication with and from the property manager in the days leading up to our stay and throughout was awesome - they were consistently very quick to respond. The convenience of being able to store our luggage at the main office on the day we arrived since we were early was also very helpful.
I took off one star for cleanliness due to a very unusual circumstance we encountered during our stay when we found something in one of the kitchen cabinets that should not have been there. The property management company was immediate to respond when we reached out with our concerns and very quick to remedy the situation in an appropriate manner. I believe this was an anomaly and an innocent oversight by their cleaning crew, and not a typical occurrence.

It was a nice place for our family of eight. The apartment is close to all modes of transportation - the Metro is right around the corner, city tour bus stops are a block away, taxis are plentiful right out the door, and city bus stops are a half a block walk. Starbucks is on one corner. The smaller markets are a five-minute walk and Aldi is a bit further. The LaRambla area is a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from within a 2-minute walk. We had unexpected rain so I would suggest to pack a small umbrella. Also, bring your own hand soap and kleenex/tissue if you use tissue as there was only two very small hand soaps and no tissue. We were told there were two hair dryers and there was only one. These are minor inconveniences, but when you have eight people trying to get ready all at the same time, it does make a difference. All-in-all the place was all that we needed for our three-night stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Barcelona.

Went for a conference. But the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. We loved the location and the ability to walk to lots of great restaurants and shopping and the ease of getting a cab right outside The door was also very beneficial.

We enjoyed the location. Very walkable to many places. The view was very pretty! The pictures do not accurately depict the actual apartment though. Nice place overall despite pics being different. We had a very hard time with the key/lock. I think it needs to be replaced.

I’m not sure there is a better flat for a holiday in Barcelona. Excellent accommodations, communication, and location give you the ability to see all of Barcelona and still have all of the comforts of home, including a rooftop pool. We stayed here with two families (9 total people) and it was more than spacious enough. The neighborhood and location offer tons of options and having a lift to the 5th floor made life even better. I would recommend this flat to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Had a terrific visit to Barcelona. Apt is centrally located. Walk or short taxi ride almost everywhere in the city. Main living space is very nice with balconies towards the square. Safe building and very nice roof deck.
Only minor complaint: mattress was a quite firm. Some people in our group loved it. I was a little uncomfortable

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. Rooms are a great size and it was spotlessly clean. The pool and roof terrace are beautiful, and location is really convenient.
Shaun went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He recommended restaurants and booked them all for us too. Communication before, during and after trip was fantastic.

I was a little concerned that everything would be perfect as i had arranged it for all the family - 10 in total but it was wonderful. Very central location with lots of supermarkets bars snd restaurants. Staff were always accessible on WhatsApp and very attentive. We saw Shaun on a couple of occasions and he was so helpful. The apartment is perfect. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets were supplied. The roof pool was great to cool down in - several times we had this area to ourselves but of course this is not something anyone can control. The beach/pool towels could be rented from the company for 9 euro each which seemed very high so instead we went to Primark and pucked some up for 6 euro each so yhat worked eell.

Right on the Placa de Universitat with metro and taxis available right outside the building. Lots of popular attractions, shopping, groceries, restaurants within walking distance. The apartment and stay was exemplary. The 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 twin beds) and 3 full bathrooms was perfect for my multi generation family group of 10. The wifi internet was great. We were on the 5th floor, very private and beautiful city views out the window, but involved walking up steep stairs (single elevator available, but a bit slow)
I found the check-in process a bit anxiety provoking as the building access code and key instructions are only sent at the 3 pm check-in time or right after you pay the early check-in fee (if available). I got the instructions literally as I was arriving at the building with my 10 family members and all our luggage. I would have appreciated having the information at an earlier time frame so I would know what to expect when I arrive ahead of time. I also understand the building access code and key information is not easy to change with each group, and if they provide the information earlier, people may try to enter the apartment before it is ready or without paying for early check-in.

This is a wonderful apartment! The five bedrooms and three full bathrooms made for a very comfortable 4-night stay for eight of us.There is a pool area on the roof and a laundry room on the first floor. (I do think they should clarify in the description that it is not in the apartment and they need another washer/dryer, it was always full and almost impossible to use.) The building is next to a Starbucks and a Focacceria, making coffee and breakfast/lunch very convenient. Another great feature is the subway is right across the street, as well as a taxi stand. At check-in a map of the subway with instructions as to how easy it is to use would be nice. Convenient location with lots of restaurants, stores, etc. We thought the towels were nice, had plenty of toilet paper in the bathrooms and had no sewer smell in our bathrooms, as described in previous reviews.

We loved our stay at EnjoyBCN- and thought the space and location was absolutely amazing. At first, we were concerned that the payment transactions are made outside of VRBO, but based on our experience I can attest that they are legit, very responsive and I would highly recommend them. I saw some reviews that made me a little concerned- but as our expectorations were managed, and we weren’t expecting luxury linens, we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment amenities are basic- but there were enough dishes, towels and bedding for us to get through our 3 nights in the unit. We found the unit clean and everything in good working order, including the AC. The pool is not heated but the roof deck is beautiful. We loved being above a Starbucks and having an amazing pastry shop, small grocery stores, great restaurants nearby too. Also, the location was fabulous but didn’t feel as chaotic as other parts of the city.
We had 2 families staying in the 5 bedroom unit and the 3 bathrooms were fabulous for such a large group.

This place is very clean and convenient! Can walk everywhere from this location. I will agree with others who said the towels are limited but can rent more for 9 euro/person. We also experienced the sewer smell from one of the bathrooms but it went away the next day. Communication with EnjoyBCN (the property management company) was excellent and prompt. They answered all questions and were very helpful!

Central location near metro lines 1&2, beautiful view, disappointed in the apartment. Was our most expensive apartment on this trip through Portugal and Spain but not our best. Thin towels and sheets, flat pillows, very uncomfortable couch, and for the price we should have received enough dishwashing supplies, toilet paper etc for our family for the 5 days instead of having to purchase large supplies. The dishwasher had broken wheels so you had to pick it up to maneuver it in and out, the middle bathroom Shower door screeched when opened waking anyone nearby. I had higher expectations and was disappointed.

A group of 7 of us from our company stayed at the apartment while attending a tradeshow in Barcelona. The apartment is very cute and easily accommodated all 7 of us. The location is perfect, right on Placa Universitat next to the metro station and within walking distance of Las Ramblas and ton of good restaurants and shops. And the roof terrace is a great place to relax, with amazing views of Barcelona. The apartment had a couple of minor issues like a broken toaster and some dirty appliances (mold in the coffee pot and food residue in some of the pans). And the beds are quite hard and not the most comfortable. But the biggest issue is that one of the three bathrooms had a strong smell of raw sewage, which would seep out into the rest of the apartment. It was sporadic, and we managed to live with it by keeping that bathroom door closed and opening some windows. But worth noting for anyone who is sensitive to smells. Otherwise, if you are looking for a centrally located apartment that can accommodate a large group of people, this is a very good choice.

Well located, cleverly designed apartment with delightful
view of the endlessly-entertaining placa. Unfortunately, the
staff (what little we saw of them) is very young and lacking
understanding of basic hospitality. Entirely-remote check-in rigidly constrained to 3PM, kitchen barely equipped -- broken coffee machine and
three days to get the oven rack that allowed us to use oven.
For our ten-day stay, we had to request a change of linens mid-way. We got new towels and a clean floor, but not fresh sheets.
This is the only short-term rental we have ever experienced in which the cupboards were entirely bare of even the most basic of staples -- no salt, oil, vinegar.
Lighting was good, many electrical outlets. Great location!
