Dies ist ein charmantes 1915 gebautes Haus Art Deco. Das Anwesen wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Es gibt viele Macken eines alten New England Haus sowie moderne Upgrades wie Edelstahl-Geräte und Wäsche im neuen Bad.
Es ist eine geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer Wohnung im ersten Stock komplett mit einem historischen Gefühl eines New England Haus renoviert, aber mit vielen modernen Upgrades. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten das zweite Schlafzimmer, ein Queen-Size-Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer, ein sehr komfortables Queen-Size-Futon im Wintergarten und wir haben auch eine Queen-Size-Luftmatratze. Der Wintergarten kann als Wohnzimmer oder Essecke sowie ein privates Schlafzimmer verwendet werden. Ein voller Größe Esszimmer Gastgeber Familie zusammen zu bekommen. Alte rote Birke und Tanne Fußboden.
Der Zugang ist für die gesamte Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang - Sie vollen Zugriff auf die Küche und Bad haben nie um es mit jemand anderem zu teilen. This place was amazing, it was just outside the hustle and bustle of Portland, close even to get in the city butt far enough away to relax. It was absolutely spotless and everything was in working order. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of places to eat near by. Had plenty of room inside with wonderful bedrooms and a great bathroom.

I stayed here with 6 other girls for a bachelorette party. I’d like to hire whoever they use for cleaning between guests! Very clean, plenty of extra blankets/pillows, bathroom was spacious. Wouldn’t recommend this big of a group unless you’re all comfortable with sleeping next to one another, but overall a great experience. The binder has all the information you’d need for your stay.

The house was very nice.....spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath are comfortable. House is clean and well equipped. Location is great....close to everything, but in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Me and my friends flew in to surprise my bestfriend after her engagement and we LOVED our stay. The owners were highly communicative and even let us check in early so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around the city until 4pm !

Our family -- 2 teenagers and 2 adults -- stayed here for the weekend. It was a very nice apartment with plenty of space and a lovely sunroom in back. It was a bit farther out of the old town than we would have liked; but good breakfast places around and overall a great stay.

Gals post holiday gathering.. we came in from NC and VT to meet friends and family in Portland. This was exactly the type of property we were looking for. Comfortable and cozy with space to cook dinner and hang out. Owner, Helena, was responsive to any prearrival questions and had other details prepared when we arrived. Kitchen beautifully stocked, plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows.
We had a lovely stay and absolutely would return and recommend to others.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable accommodation, perfect for a family with 3 kids. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. The neighborhood is in a great location just a few minutes from all the important attractions. There are also great food options within walking distance.

Great close location to down town area. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The beds were not the most comfy but it was a place to rest our head. The air conditioning was a wonderful bonus for each room. Appreciated the beautiful kitchen and coffee makers! Overall great place and we had a lovely stay!

This was our first visit to Portland. Our host was so great to work with and always answered my emails promptly. The apartment was perfect my family's needs (5 of us including 3 adult children). It was clean and tidy and the washer/dryer came in so handy! The sun porch worked perfect as an extra bedroom. The neighbors were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

First trip to ME/Northeast and visiting our daughter. Stayed at the property for 4th of July week and were so impressed. The unit is beautiful and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. Just 1 bathroom which is typical for early 1900's homes, so plan accordingly. Location was perfect....juat 2 minutes walk from our daughters apt and 5 minute walk from the Cove which has a great walking trail around it. Every place we went in Portland is <10 drive (downtown, harbor, transportation center/Amtrak) from the apartment. Owner was quick to respond on a minor issue and provided a great local resource folder. Was a great stay and one of the best places we have stayed through VRBO!

My senior parents and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at this spacious, well cared-for, and comfortable home. The sunroom was especially inviting, even with the rainy/cloudy weather. While we didn't cook much, it was nice to have a full kitchen for some low-key home meals rather then eating out for every meal. (Trader Joe's is just a few minutes' drive away.) The location was ideal for us to visit local sites, but also be able to return home for quick break/rest. The beds were comfortable, and the living spaces relaxing. My mother also loved the color scheme of the place. Patrick and Helena were super responsive in all of our communication.

This well-appointed flat was quiet and spacious. There were so many nice extra touches, from the gourmet coffee to the en suite laundry. We especially enjoyed sitting in the sunroom to read, talk, and sip our tea. Checking in was simple. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great location just steps away from the best bagels in Portland -Rose Bagels. Of special note and appreciation were the lovely all cotton linens, towels, low key but lovely decorations, really well stocked kitchen, multiple places to congregate and last but definitely not least - a GREAT selection of coffee beans. Thanks for a great home away from home!

We were lucky enough to live in this neighborhood, years ago, before moving out of state! We wanted to get back to Portland to show our kids the beautiful city in which we used to live.
The apartment was spacious and in the perfect location, close to local eateries we used to frequent. The apartment provided all the necessities we needed (and more!) and the backyard was perfect for our young boys to run around in! Everything was very clean, the host was welcoming/responsive, and the off-street parking was a bonus! Thank you for having us :)

Lovely, well appointed, well located and clean historical property
Friend get together of two adults and 3 kids in this lovely home. It was close to many places to easily walk, such as The Great Bear. Plenty of air conditioners to ensure the inside was comfortable. Everything we could need, and then some, were provided by the hosts. Old home but very well maintained and decorated. Would absolutely recommend to others or stay again when in town.

Our family of five enjoyed this home in a nice neighborhood in Portland. Our only issue was sharing one bathroom (and our master bedroom door didn’t shut firmly nor lock). The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the smooth check-in and the info provided about visiting Portland.

Wonderful Stay!
What a wonderful place to stay for our family of four’s first visit to Maine! The first floor apartment was in the perfect location in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. It was extremely clean and inviting with all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were super comfy and the space of the apartment was a great size for us. The parking on the side of the house was an added bonus and the keypad on the door made it easy for coming and going. The host was very nice and extremely quick to respond when we had questions. We loved our trip to Maine and will definitely stay here if we are ever in the area again!

Peace and Convenience in Portland
This was a perfect place for our 10-day stay in Portland. We loved that most of Portland was within a 2-mile walk for us, with easy access to the Back Cove trail. But we could also walk the other way into lovely, quiet residential neighborhoods. We loved that there were two amazing coffee shops, and several eateries right outside the door.
The apartment has a great layout, especially the spacious dining room, kitchen and sun room. There was more than enough space, even when we had four people in the house. Having driveway parking and laundry was also a nice perk! We really felt at home.

Great location for a girls trip
We had a group of 7 ladies and this house was perfect. Much more spacious in person than in the photos. Fully stocked kitchen to allow for making meals at the house. Plenty of parking and very quiet and safe feeling.

Perfect Spot in Portland
The charming 1st floor historical apartment was clean, well stocked, spacious, homey, and very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the location was safe and within walking distance to a wonderful coffee shop, and other stores. It was within short driving distance to every area in Portland we needed to see. Communication was very prompt and easy. It was a fabulous place to stay on our visit to Portland!

Very well stocked, spacious home.
We so appreciate how many conveniences were available in this home. Many pantry items, kitchen supplies, extra towels, detergent, coffee, smart TV, AC, off-street parking, etc. We rented 3 places throughout our summer trip to Maine and this was the most convenient on many levels. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
