This place is awesome! I booked it for my brother’s bachelor party over the Labor Day weekend . The manager and owner of the property are great to work with and the property is perfect for your large group (we had 11). We knew when we booked that there would be lots of places to check out in walking distance. What we didn’t except was to show up to find that there was a blues fest that weekend and we basically had private VIP balcony seats. We were blown away by the hospitality and diversity of the community and found ourselves exploring on foot mostly. Easy pick up location for your whiskey tour. Super convenient to the airport for those early morning/late night flight people. This place was a 10 out of 10 for us it like having your own clean and well equipped apartment complex.

My friends and I held our annual fantasy football weekend in Louisville this year and we could not have been more pleased with where we stayed. Very functional and clean property with plenty of supplies provided. Easy 10 minute Uber ride into downtown Louisville and many bar and dining options within a 10 minute walk if you prefer that. The owner James was incredibly helpful and responsive at all points of the process and the property was very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend this 5 star property!

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend trip to Louisville. The communication with the owner and manager was great and we had a great time. The place was clean and we felt very much at home.

This was a great place to spend a few nights while doing Louisville for a guys weekend. We had 9 and it accommodated us comfortably.

Stayed here with a group of 15 for a bachelor party. Lots of beds and enough space upstairs for us all to hang out in the dining room apartment. Place was clean and check in / out was very easy. It's a good location, close to churchill downs and two restaurants/bars down the block. Communication with the property owner / management company could have been better. Took a couple weeks to get a questioned answered but they were much more prompt about answering questions the closer the trip got. Overall I would highly recommend again to any large group!

Awesome beds, well decorated interior and 3 kitchen retreat. Loved it.

This property was a perfect setup for our wedding weekend party house in October 2020! The large multi-unit house easily accommodated all of our bridal party and some family members that came into town. Everyone was able to have their own room and, with 4 separate units, it was easy to separate me from my bride to be the night prior to the wedding. All the units accessed a central stair so it was easy to mingle from one to the next. The 3 kitchens allowed us to setup a bar and have food and drink stations throughout the property. The units were very clean, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchens were well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The house was fun and modern with beautiful and interesting décor. We were very happy with the service that James provided us and he worked with us on check-in time to better fit our busy weekend schedule. The only thing I would recommend for the listing is to include a floor plan layout of the units as it is hard to know how the place is organized and maybe a better listing of what items the kitchens include. I will note also that the large dinning table with seating for 10 pictured has been replaced with a smaller table that seated 8. Everything else seemed to be just as pictured in the listing. There is a parking lot, but it fills up in the evenings from nearby restaurants. However, between the lots and street parking we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group especially with a mix of family and friends who would like their own private space! Thanks for everything James! The property was PERFECT! Exactly like the pictures and perfect for my best friend's bachelorette party! Wish there was one more full-sized bathroom with so many girls but it worked out just fine! I texted the property manager at 130AM due to us being locked out of one of the units and he responded!!! I couldn't say enough nice things about him or the property! Highly recommend!

Great faculty

I had a group of 6 that were in town for a trade show at the convention center. The property was perfect for our needs. It was an easy ride to downtown for dinners or the convention center. If you want to stay close to home, there is a restaurant and micro-brewery just down the block. The property is 4 separate areas connected by a common entrance and hallway. It is clean, new, and well stocked. James, the property manager, was very easy to access and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that has a large group and wants to visit Louisville!

Great place! Comfortable and super clean

Let me first say that I've lived in Louisville and have a good sense of the area and the city. If you are looking to visit with a large group, this place is truly perfect. Plenty of beds, plenty of space and lots of fun spots to hang out, relax and enjoy a weekend away. We do an annual trip with eight guys and have stayed all over the country. This year we did Louisville and it's seriously one of the best places we've stayed in the fifteen years we have done this trip. The surrounding area is mostly working class residential, but it is an up and coming spot in the city. Plenty of places to walk for food and drinks along Goss Ave nearby, not to mention two great spots just one block away - Monnik Brewery (they brew their own beer and have solid food) and Check's Café (laid back place for all types of good beer and pub food). If you're coming in with a group (we had eight, but it could've slept 10-12 easily), whether to enjoy the city or as a launching off point for the bourbon trail, do not hesitate to lock this place down.

My group of 12 were lucky to snag this property for a fun weekend in Louisville. When we first entered the property, it was like entering a luxury hotel. Each of the 4 living areas were spotless and decorated with modern designs. Each area had a kitchen nook and plenty of seating. The room with the large dining table was a perfect spot of all of us to gather up and share meals, but the ability to break off into smaller groups made for the perfect balance. I cannot rate this property any higher. Beds were comfortable, showers were great. And the owner was always just a text away if we had any questions! If we ever had a reason to stop in Louisville again, I wouldn't book anywhere else besides here!

We booked this place for my brother's bachelor party and could not be happier with how it went! At first, the layout wasn't clear but with the number of beds and bedrooms, we gave it a shot. Once we saw the layout, it was amazing! A game room with 4 beds on one floor and then three separate suites (each with its own kitchen and bathroom on the second floor). Each suite was spacious, modern and extremely clean. Location was excellent as well. A 2 minute walk from several bars/breweries/restaurants. Anything else is no more than a 10 minute drive or Uber ride away. James, the manager, was on top of his game, extremely helpful and very responsive. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

A group of 16 stayed at the Corner Loft for a long weekend bachelor party, and it was perfect! The loft was clean and comfortable when we arrived, and was so spacious. There are several areas large enough for everyone to be in one room comfortably, but plenty of privacy and quiet bedrooms. The location was a quick ride or walk to anywhere we wanted to go, and there were several fun spots for dinner and drinks within a couple blocks. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Hands down best VRBO experience ever! The home is exactly as pictured and easily accommodates large groups (we had 11). It had everything we needed and more. The location is awesome - close enough to downtown (we were doing distillery tours and could Uber one way for about $10) but also walkable to several great places - we enjoyed dinner and drinks at Monnik Beer and late night music/drinks at Checks. James was a terrific host, checking in as we got there and providing local food/experience recommendations. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars! Thank you James for everything!

We came out for Cyclocross National Championship with some from my team and our host was super accommodating, helped us out a ton, the place was better than any of us ever expected, and one of our riders even won his National race! So overall it was a huge hit with everyone in our group and very easy access to airport, downtown and anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommended.

Very well located and walking distance from restaurants and bars. Top Notch place.
