The house was excellent, with lots of gear. Photos appeared to be on the water but it isn’t. Not as quaint as Rehoboth and no walkable town. The owner very helpful and the house bright and spacious.

My family rented this house and it was amazing. Great location. Lower floor has a bedroom and a game room with pool table, games, etc. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with nice size kitchen and dining room and living room with an outside deck that wraps around the house. Garage has plenty of bikes, beach chairs, wagon to pull everything, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked. It has everything. It's a nice place to stay and Brett was amazing with answering my questions right away. We had a nice vacation.

Our family beach week this year was fantastic. Weather was beautiful. Great time with family on the beach each day. Lots of fun with family activities. Enjoyed Justine’s ice cream almost every night. Culminating event was beach fire with s’mores (permit required) and pontoon ride for everyone. Our beach rental had lots of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Garage had lots of bikes, beach chairs, fishing poles, and such. Owner was great to work with!

The house is very large on two levels. We housed two families and had lots of space to spread out. Each family with our own living room. This house has everything that you could possibly need for a beach house. The multiple bikes were a big hit with the teenagers of our group. I am not sure how many bikes are there but at least 7 of them. There were boogies boards, many beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler etc. Don't pack it. This house has it. I overpacked of course. There were also more beds are the lower level than really listed. It was amazing for a big family. There were two grills. The upper deck is amazing. No water view but so large and accommodating with chairs, tables, chair pads, umbrellas etc. Thanks Brett.

Nice open kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of room for our family to mingle. Kids enjoyed having the basement to themselves. Property could have been cleaner and use some updates, especially lighting. 2 of the 3 propane bottles were empty and could not get the grill to heat over 200 so ended up cooking our steaks on the stove

We love this house! So well appointed with everything you need. Easy to get to the beach and so much to do near the house (turn right on the main road and you're in the heart of Ocean City in no time, turn left and you're in Bethany in ten minutes). Lots of bikes, plenty of bedrooms, and so much space!

Everything was what it was supposed to be, my family enjoyed there stay and everyone had a great time. Big thanks to Brett for making our stay enjoyable!

This was a great four weeks for our family it was located in an excellent location and it was a perfect house for our family of five who also had a couple of friends and of course our two small dogs

We had a few issues with the basement, namely centipedes. The basement was very damp from the humidity. The exterminator was called and responded. Sadly, the problem was not totally eradicated and our unwanted guests returned. Did not find the dehumidifier in the laundry room til halfway through our stay. Had it been running from the first day we may have had less of a problem. I elected to sleep on the upstairs couch. Way too old for that!

This property was in a great location right near the bay. It was spacious and had many ammenities including a game room, large upper deck and bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas and kayaks if we wanted to use them. The owner answered our questions quickly and was very hospitable. We had a great time!

This is a great house for all ages. Spacious living space with plenty of beds, pool table, games, books, beach umbrellas,chairs, bikes,kayaks, 2 grills, stocked kitchen, and large deck close to the bay. We have stayed here twice and the owner has made many improvements in that time. Good time had by all

This was a fantastic property - a great location, and so many amenities provided from kitchen supplies to all kinds of items for recreation and relaxing. And lounging on the huge deck was a perfect way to catch some extra rays after the beach. Our thanks go out to Brett for being a wonderful and generous host, and for enabling our family to have an awesome time together.
