I thought the property was very nice and well equipped and the gentleman who was there when we arrived was extremely helpful. Lovely property in a stunning location over looking the river and in a quiet location away from the club that's on site. Very relaxing

This chalet is the ideal base to visit North Wales with the family, as it is located just a short drive away from both Anglesey and Snowdonia. The chalet itself is perfect, we could not find a single fault! It's is lovely decorated, giving a very cosy feeling. Both bedrooms are good sized and beds are very comfy. Also, it's so perfectly equipped, you have absolutely anything you can need on it. Specially appreciated the basket full of blankets, so we could sit on the balcony enjoying the peace and beutiful view of the river. We will definitely be back!

The cleanliness was appalling dirty bedsheets mucky worktops and cobwebs everywhere the day we arrived so hadn’t been cleaned

The mattresses on the single beds are rather soft.

The approach requires a little dressing but I understand this is in hand. This did not detract from a lovely stay.

The chalet was very clean and nicely decorated throughout. It is situated on a lovely holiday park out of the way of any hustle and bustle. The location it was perfect because it was so quiet and had a deck alongside the river which was nice! It had everything that we needed and more! We loved every second of our stay and wanted an extra night. The owner was really helpful and we will definitely stay again.

Only one downside is the bed. It was quite uncomfortable and a lot bouncier than a normal bed so I did wake up quite a lot through the night. This didn’t affect our holiday though but worth mentioning.

Really pleased with our stay. The chalet was very clean, nicely decorated, rooms were good size for a family of 3. All the needed facilities were provided. Lovely views, really quiet area, close to town, driving distance to Snodonia National Park. We will book again when visiting Wales! Highly recommended!

The location of the lodge at the side of the river is perfect. It’s out of the way of club house and shop which I prefer. Plenty of games and dvd films left in lodge which is perfect for when the weather is bad.

I found a few long hairs on my Bedroom pillow which wasn’t good. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. You feel every spring, it’s like being on a waterbed. The bathroom needs sorting out. Loads of mess on the tiled floor especially around the toilet area. Had a constant unpleasant smell all the time in the bathroom. Extraction fan doesn’t work so there is mould all over which isn’t ideal. Also found someone’s old pair of socks in the double bed room so wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.
