Fabulous decor, relaxing atmosphere and excellent location.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Robes are a nice touch in the room.

It's a shame hotel guests don't get access to the pool without the £45 spa charge. It's nice to be able to have a quick swim after working, but the only option is to pay for the spa charge even though only using the pool for a small amount of time.
Our party of about 15 people wanted to have drinks together in the bar in the evening, however the manager told us this was not possible. We have stayed as a group before and were accommodated that time, but not this one, so we went elsewhere which was a shame.

Straight from the door step we were welcomed by amazing reception staff. Rose is the best person I ever met in Liverpool, not only spent time by explaining where to go but we were accommodated into amazing studio with spectacular view.
We were late so could not check Spa facilities which we saw from the balcony. Looks lit

Lovely spa and cool spot
Terrible service from the front desk to the overworked sos staff who couldn’t meet up wry drinks or towels. Also stayed sat night at it was like a nightclub until 5sm

We had the top floor corner suite, it was simply gorgeous, the view was fantastic, the furniture very elegant and stylish, it was all just amazing

Location was excellent and staff & facilities were top notch. Bed was sooooo comfortable!
Stay was £270 for two nights without breakfast and thought it was a bit mad that for that price use of the spa wasnt included. £45pp extra to use it.

The staff are always friendly and are more than happy to help with any requests or answer any questions.
I have stayed before and it is a wonderful place to stay. This time round tho the noise from the corridors was much louder within the room we were in and during the spa their were a group of took the opportunity to try to make some “sexy” scene for their socials which made the experience some what awkward and off putting and it’s a lot of extra money that’s you pay for the spa to be feeling this way.

Friendly, courteous staff, good sized rooms, clean, excellent breakfast - huge variety, and the meal at The London Carriage Works was excellent, thank you :)
Also lots of relaxing, chill out areas.
Looking forward to staying again and checking out the Spa and Cinema, didn't get chance this time :)

this time our room wasn’t as good as normal and air con noisy- it was very warm and needed it on
also needs hand soap at the wash basin ! last 2/3times there’s only been a tiny shower gel between 2 of us and it’s not enough!!

We were unaware that the use of the swimming pool etc were not included in the price and that it would be £55 each to use those facilities for 2 hours. Which is what I specifically booked this hotel for, i.e., swimming pool.
Also got chicken & tomatoe sandwich for room service when i ordered beef & cheese option. Was too hungry and tired to complain.

the whole point in coming to the hotel was to use the spa this was made unavailable to us as there was no room! even after the fact of me making sure I pre booked it I messaged and called up a week in advance to book the spa I was told that I would do this on the day of check in! I was extremely disappointed when we were told we would not be able to use the spa facilities as no one had booked us in.
the woman who checked us in at the desk was the best thing about the stay she was lovely.
