Het huis en de locatie waren geweldig en we voelden ons erg veilig door de beveiliging bij de poort. De villa is zeer smaakvol ingericht en zeer compleet. Slecht 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Playa del Carmen en 2 minuten naar een klein strand.

Omdat er geen huisnaam of huisnummer op het huis staat konden we het moeilijk vinden. We hebben geen fietsen gezien terwijl bij de boeking stond dat deze wel aanwezig zouden zijn.

Very good house for family

Such a beautiful place in a lovely area. What I loved the most about this place was the amazing beach which was almost free of Sargussum, which have affected most beach of Yucatan during the last few years. Security was also top, and the house was spacious and comfortable.

Great location in Playacar. Close to the beach and downtown but in a very nice, quiet and secure area.

The AC and the fridge can be upgraded since it was somewhat noisy

The location was great. The pool area was also fabulous even though it was a little cold during our stay (there was a cold front so everything was a little below normal temperatures). Our hosts were SUPER responsive and helpful. They responded to all of our questions and made everything really easy from check in to check out and advice about the surrounding areas.

The only thing that could have been improved was the air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom. We couldn’t get it to work properly so while it helped to circulate air, it didn’t really cool the room. Given that it was cold during our stay, it wasn’t really a big deal but if it were during warmer temperatures, it could be unpleasant.

The location was great. The manager was responsive. The house was beautiful and spacious.

There is a flowering tree on the deck that covered the deck in leaves,flowers, stems, etc. These leaves, etc. also landed in the pool. There was no pool skimmer available for our use so the pool was full of leaves and bugs on the gardener's off days. We did not get any information on the area and wasted money taking taxis very sort distances the first few days. The seaweed is bad right now making the beach smelly and unpleasant. A warning about this would have also been appreciated. The biggest fail was the lack of wifi since wifi was advertised. I incurred over $100 in fees using my data plan because the wifi was not working.
