Like that the rep was responsive and willing to accomodate the request to change the booked apartment/studio unit. Building lift access is controlled so extra points for safety. Location is also good if you want to go to times square, lalaport, low yat, etc.

The residence building does not instill confidence as it looks abandon if you walk from the swiss garden hotel parking. On booked apartment unit, they manage a few units but I had to ask for replacement as the unit given to me appeared dilapidated. The replacement unit was decent but does not live up to the swiss garden name. I am aware its under separate management but it still hurts to be misled by the brand name. Also hate having to do a lockpicking game everytime I want to lock and unlock the door. Please replace the lock with one that works normally.

Very hard to cek in due to no pickup call by owner.. 2 unit aircond in room not in good condition..

The apartment was clean and tidy! It had all the facilities which we required for example washing machine, iron and ironing board kitchen utensils and electric stove. The host of the apartment Mr Mezan was a very kind and helpful person.

The wifi was very slow The bed mattress and pillows were not comfortable (needs to be replaced)

Room as per expected. A lot of space and the interior did not give a reason for complaint.

Boy oh boy, messaging the property via the app did not work at all. No reply, no response, no message. Alright, happens sometimes. But the check out was even worse. The check out time was indicated with 11.00am to 11.30am and although checking out before 11.30am, we got terrorised by the person in charge to return the key. While we were dumping the rubbish, phone call after phone call and in the end we faced an unfriendly blathering unprecedented about why not picking up the phone. Outrageous, indecent and absolutely inappropriate. Instruction was given to leave the key on the table and send a picture so why terrosing us. That employee should be reprimanded or even relieved of duties. Guys, don`t entertain such runners. It`s not worth it. The entire stay was spoiled by the checkout. Last time the place has seen us. Unacceptable treatment.

Staff needs training in customer service. Not so friendly. Got the room keys much later than expected as they said got some problems with overbooking.

Order 1 bedroom - 1bed and 1 bedroom 2 single bed but final both room 1 queen bed , pillow very.... stinks .
