Excellent location, good restaurants and helpful staff

Room was very modern and clean. Breakfast had extensive selections between chinese, indian and western. located right off the train station made it a quick and easy ride from the airport. Hop on Hop off bus stops right there too so you can go sight seeing at your leisure without a car. Was close to my appointments.

Nothing to say really. People in Kuala Limpur are always friendly, and services are really good, no matter which hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff members was very professional and friendly.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönes Frühstück in der Club-Lounge. Nicht so große Auswahl wie im Hauptrestaurant, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Das leichte Abendessen in der Lounge ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Property: I like the room size, view, cleanliness of the room, how it is well maintained (and looks new). Team: The check-in team, Latitude bar team, concierge, housekeeping - all excellent. Needless to say, the front liners team are wired to great hospitality. Facilities: Food selection at the bar and breakfast spread - abundant and caters to everyone. Lived up to the brand of Le Meridien. Bravo.

Location and service are very good. There is a variety of food for breakfast. Complimentary drink is good.

Fantastic breakfast buffet!. Really good location right next to KL Sentral. Loved the Club room, Club Lounge and swimming pool area. Very good bed! Friendly and very service minded staff.

Le Méridien was amazing. The rooms were extremely comfy and clean. The staff were friendly and reliable. The food was also fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The location is great when having to go come from and go to the airport since it’s connected to KL Sentral but we found ourselves booking Grabs to go to some of the more tourist-y locations.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.

shower head had some problem and it's leaking to the ceiling above, hence when showering the water hits the ceiling, worried that the ceiling might collapse because of the water.

The bed not very comfortable, staff not very friendly, lift too slow, aircon not working properly.

Excellent location at KL Sentral station, super clean and neatly appointed room, fabulous breakfast buffee and great room service! On a expensive side for what you can find in KL, but if you in for short stay and wanna be well connected both to KLIA and city center this is a sweet spot.
