Ein schönes Häuschen mit Meerblick nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Dieses charmante Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist mit Küstencharme dekoriert. Genießen Sie eine helle, moderne Küche, die komplett ausgestattet ist. Wir haben gerade eine weitere Etage mit einem Arbeitszimmer, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit einer wunderschönen gefliesten Dusche hinzugefügt. Es gibt drei Badezimmer - eines mit einer vollen Dusche / Badewanne, eines mit einer gefliesten Dusche. Es gibt auch eine fantastische Außendusche. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, darunter ein King-Size-Bett, ein Queen-Size-Bett, ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Rollbett. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist wunderschön mit Blick auf Seegras! Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee und Ihre Zeitung auf einer Terrasse mit Blick auf das Seegras und den Ozean oder einen Cocktail nach einem Tag am Strand. Sie finden alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich vorstellen können, einschließlich Highspeed-Internet, Gasgrill, Waschmaschine und Trockner, 32-Zoll-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Viel zu tun in einer wunderschönen familienorientierten Urlaubsregion!
Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Ocean Park mit einer Eisdiele, einem Penny Candy Store, einem Restaurant, einem Souvenirladen, einer Bibliothek, Tennisplätzen und einem Shuffleboard.
Spazieren Sie am Strand zum nahe gelegenen Ferry Beach - oder machen Sie einen längeren Spaziergang zum Old Orchard Beach. Im Juli und August sind Rettungsschwimmer im Einsatz. Entspannen Sie sich an einem wunderschönen Strand mit weichem Sand. Genießen Sie das Angeln am frühen Morgen oder am Abend, sammeln Sie Muscheln oder Seeglas.
Neben dem wunderschönen Strand finden Sie in der Nähe viele Aktivitäten wie Bootfahren, Windsurfen, Kajakfahren, Radfahren und Golf. Eine kurze Fahrt bringt Sie entlang einiger reizvoller malerischer Fahrten und einiger berühmter Leuchttürme.

We stayed for 3N during the UNE grad weekend. The house is beautiful, fully stocked, and in a great location. The view from the upper living room is incredible! The main entry level has the 3 bedrooms, and the fourth is set up as a suite in the lower level. This is a great extra space as it had a small living space and a bathroom with shower in addition to the bedroom. The stairs to get down below were a bit narrow and steep, so best for those with good mobility!

The photos do not do this property justice. It is a lovely home with everything you could need. I rent a lot of properties and I have never been so pleased with the ample kitchen utensils, pans, and linens!!! We had such a wonderful time and hope that many other people get the chance to experience your charming cottage!

The property was just what we wanted, great kitchen and enough beds for all the kids and adults. The sandy beach is steps away from the rental with a little river running into the bay just a short walk down the beach. It was a great vacation spot!

My sisters-in-law and I had a terrific vacation at the is adorable house in Ocean Park. It was the perfect size and the perfect location. We watched storms over the Atlantic which is just steps away. We walked to the picturesque town of Ocean Park. The house was centrally located along the southern coast of Maine and we had no trouble driving to nearby towns for lunch or dinner. The house faces the ocean with only seagrass between you and the shore. Great place!

Great home with many beds to sleep in. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Great views of the ocean from family room/kitchen. Great location for day trips to see the beautiful sites in Maine. Would recommend.

My family stayed for 6 magical nights. The location is amazing with incredible views of the ocean over the dunes. Easy access to the beach which made it the perfect spot to pop back to the house during the beach day. It’s also a very short walk to the center of Ocean Park. The house is amazing with plenty of space for our party of 8. The main living space was a particular highlight.
Kristen and Rick are incredible hosts and highly responsive.
Cannot recommend this place enough and are looking forward to our next trip to ocean park!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The top floor with the kitchen/living/dining area was perfect for our mini family reunion, and the location was perfect. We want to come back next year!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. We felt pampered the entire time with the quality of linens, the well-stocked cupboards, and thoughtful details. We cannot wait to come again! Distance to the beach was amazing, the kitchen is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is great!

We all liked that the daytime area was on the top floor… had a marvelous view of the ocean! Too small for 10 people… there is a trundle bed but the room is too small to accommodate the pull-out and allow the adjoining occupent to get up in the middle of the night. So our 10th gal opted to sleep on the couch in the lower level. Our days are always filled with fun, games, visiting, and eating, none of which was hindered by the lovely cottage. ☺️ Meal prep was a challenge as it seemed like everyone wanted to be in the kitchen at the same time, but our hosts told us that the top floor is being completely renovated including an enlarged kitchen! Can’t wait to see the transformation! We all still rate our stay with 5 stars because the size of the house did not lessen the delight we have each January to spend a long weekend together!

This property is exactly as it is listed with lots of space for everyone. The owners are great communicators and answered all our questions in a timely manner! The views are wonderful even in the winter with easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this location to make memories with family or friends!!

Comfortable home with everything we needed (and then some) from towels to kitchen supplies. This was an awesome home base for our trip to neighboring towns around Maine. Most places are closed in town for the season, but found a few good spots eat. :)

Our group of 10 adult friends enjoyed our stay. It was a little tight for 10 adults but we had everything we needed and had lots of fun hanging out and playing board games. Exactly as listed, great communication with owners, just an overall lovely listing.

The house was exactly as listed. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The view and distance from the beach is awesome. I would stay here again! Rick and Kristen are great hosts.

This home was perfect for a girls weekend with eight women, all in our forties. The main (top) level was open kitchen to living room, dining area, and 1 small bathroom. Second (entry) level of home was full bath, three bedrooms, and bottom level was 1 bedroom, full bathroom, and small living area. Could hear the rolling waves of the ocean with open window and sitting on the deck. Sunrise was beautiful from living room and deck. Was just about a mile from the Pier, so for some it was easily walkable. For those looking at early October time frame, not a lot to do but some shops / restaurants were open, like tatoo parlors! There was even a live band at The Brunswick on Thursday night. Honestly, we would definitely stay here again and from Thursday to Sunday it was the perfect escape in October.

Despite rainy weather, our group of 7 ladies had an amazing 2 nights at this property. The owners communicated instructions clearly and responded quickly to my questions prior to arriving. The house was very clean and had perfect cottage beachy decor. The view was awesome! We saw the most beautiful sunrise. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, utensil,etc you could possibly need. I would love to come back to this property some time in the future!

Thank you for a wonderful family getaway. The house was clean, and very roomy. The views at sunrise were amazing! Short walk to the beach, and low tide was amazing! We made a pretty last minute change to extend our stay 2 days, and hosts were very quick to respond, accept our request, and send payment options.
Location is perfect, close enough to OOB to walk or bike to, but far enough away if you want to just relax in quiet.
Thank you again, for a wonderful time, if we go back to Maine, this place would be my first option!

Great house, great location!
We had a great time enjoying the beach and OOB with our 2 young boys! There was plenty of space for us and my MIL (she had her own bedroom, living room, and full bathroom on the bottom floor!). Great views of the ocean! The house had everything we needed- even sand toys! We'll definitely book again in the future! :)

Girls weekend away
The house was beautiful We were a group of 6 lifelong friends having our annual Memorial Day weekend reunion. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The owners were wonderful. We always received a prompt response from them regarding any questions we had before and during our stay. The view from the living room is beautiful. The beach is steps away, Ocean Park is around the corner. Old orchard beach is a 5 min drive. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Birthday Winter Get-Away
We had a group of 8 staying in the house and there was plenty of room for more...The pictures of the views from the kitchen/living room area and the large [King bed] bedroom do not do it justice. The views are simply incredible, the house is well stocked with the various things one might need and we would all gladly return in the future...

This property is wonderful. A lot of space for 8-10 people. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and only about a 20 minute walk to the pier. The owners were great at responding to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful holiday stay
This was a wonderful rental! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The setup was perfect for our family holiday gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved having the beach just steps away and the views were amazing, especially at sunrise. The owners were very easy to work with and even left a little gift. We’d love to stay here again!

Perfect getaway!
Spent a long Thanksgiving weekend with 2 families of 4 - all kids are college age. Plenty of room. Gorgeous home and setting that cannot be beat. Owner is super nice and responsive. Home was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!
