we had to check out early as we found mice in the apartment. we left a message when we left but they never bothered to contact us. standard of the apartment was very poor for the price of it.

The apartment is in the second level without elevator, it says it can fit 5 people but the couch was uncomfortable and it was impossible to sleep on In the first night there was a super loud buzzing sound coming from the bathroom for a few minutes that just started and stopped unexpectedly for few times The door got stuck twice

Spacious and comfy apartment, well equiped, we stayed for a couple of days and everything was great.

Only downside was the entrance with 2 level of stairs, we had 2 strollers and was a little bit messy. Otherwise great!

The host was helpful and responsive to all of my messages. They helped us to find parking and I informed them of some issues. The price was cheap for a group. Unit was clean and spacious. Easy to locate keys. Good location. Has laundry units if you need.

There were several things broken (toilet handle kept falling off and broken cupboard). The "sofa bed" was hard, lumpy and actually a futon. I would not recommend anyone sleep on it without a memory foam topper but none was available. You would be better off with an air mattress. Beds were comfier than the futon, but seemed a little sloped at the head. The information regarding WiFi login was incorrect, so I had to contact the host to provide the correct information. There were some neighbors talking across the alley hanging out on the balcony in the middle of the night. Only a single portable AC unit in the kitchen (no AC in the bedrooms). Opening windows helps but then you get the neighbors noise. Towels could be replaced - a little old and thin. Apt door creaks a lot. Looked like there was a fire alarm detector missing.

Amazing location! Great walkable neighbourhood with amazing parks just north of you, great food and shopping all around. Also, the foreign language bookstore next to it means you're guaranteed to have someone who can speak English (and in our case, Spanish) right there in a pinch.

It is a semi-basement location, though it has a large outdoor sunken balcony. It means stairs to walk up and then more to go down. Very tough for a stroller or anyone with mobility issues. It's also a fun neighbourhood, and you'll hear people having fun until the late hours. Also, parking was brutal though apparently there is free parking nearby if you can snag a spot.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Hot water was plentiful and had excellent water pressure. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment is described as having a terrace and while there is a back space and front space, they are unkempt and look like dirty and abandoned storage areas not a terrace. Some attention is needed. Apart from that, the apartment needs just a few small extras: all electric outlets need to be plated, a toilet paper holder, at least one full length mirror and a chest of drawers in each bedroom.

Location is great, metro stop less than 5 minute walk and close to the Latin quarter which has lots of great restaurants and bars. Apartment was quiet at night despite being so close to nightlife, highly recommend

We spent 15 days in this apr. very well located, clean e equipped. the host attended us in everything we needed. the building is a little old with thin walls, but that’s a common situation in the whole city. the apt had cleaning products, toilet paper and even shampoo. we just bought food.

Comfy rooms with super equipped kitchen. Easy pick up of key to gain access with clear instructions.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with information on good local restaurants, 24hr car parking and recommendations of places to visit locally and in Central Montreal.

The location is perfect. It was tidy and very clean.

The terrace was dirty due to renovations. There was a lack of instructions where to park and how the hours and payment work.

Location is amazing, super central close to downtown and Plateau. Metro and bus nearby as well. The property is quite dated but the apartment was nice and clean.

That you can hear your neighbours coming and going but that`s Montreal for you! The washer was old and missing buttons - was a bit difficult to operate.

Location good, lots of room. Mostly good communication with owner, told us where to obtain free parking.

Water was shut off first morning due to construction, owners could have informed guests.

Great great location. If you are travelling without a car like we were, the subway station is a 2 minute walk away and the street itself is a great one to walk through to get familiar with Montreal! The owner was great at responding and even gave us parking details and areas. All amenities were provided, coffee, iron, shampoo, toothpaste, towels etc.

The “terrace” was not much of what we expected but it definitely did not bother us.

The lock on the front door NEEDS to be replaced, but it stayed locked and we figured out how to lock and unlock it after playing around with it for a bit.

It’s in a great location, close to the action but in a quiet zone. Lots of space, comfortable beds and couch to sleep on. Stocked kitchen.

Walls/ceilings are thin. A rowdy group above us made noise late into the evening on the weekend. Foul smell in the common halls being masked by air freshener.

The apartment is incredibly well located and both bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. There is a full kitchen which was great, as well as a comfy couch and a TV with a Roku set up.

If you drive beware that you can only pay for street parking in 3 hour increments and in theory cannot park there between 7-9am Mondayto Friday. It's probably best to use a nearby lot if you are not planning to drive much during the day.

Location was great and the apartment was newly renovated and all the appliances were new in good working order. It was well stocked had everything you needed and very good WiFi. The owner was good and tried to do his best and was easy to communicate with him.

We expected a a first or second floor apartment but we were given a basement suite, the photos were very misleading. It was dark all day and stuffy and we needed to use artificial light the whole time we were inside. Upstairs was a bookstore and you could hear someone walking around all day with heavy shoes, it was impossible to relax during the day. We stayed there for 5 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there, it felt like a prison. We would've never booked there if booking wasn't misleading, we wasted good money for nothing. It will be a long time before we ever book a place with booking again, last few times were very disappointing and misleading. Make sure you read the fine print before booking anything with this company.

Location was very good.

Only downfall is that each room didn’t have AC, and it got pretty hot during the weekend when we were there, so we all gathered in the living area where the AC is.

The location and care from the host was amazing. Overall, the cost of accommodations was definitely reasonable.

We needed to wash the bed sheets because they looked slept in. The microwave oven was dirty. The internet was inadequate and there was no cable TV. Insufficient water pressure made showers uncomfortable.
