Everything was great

Washroom was updated and nice. Room was fine. Nothing special. Mini fridge was great. Location is good. Easy to get un and out of city.

Breakfast should be included. Staff were mildly friendly.

L’insonorisation très très inadéquate

J’ai aimé le stationnement sécuritaire avec barrière pour y accéder, la chambre avec 2 lits avec chacune télévision (1 pour chacun des lits)

Le déjeuner très cher pour ce qu’on a eu, les breuvages étaient exclus du déjeuner, ne savaient pas ce qu’était des œufs brouillés, n’avait pas de lait pour le thé, avait seulement crème, personnel de l’accueil et au déjeuner non souriant, aucune vu sur l’extérieur, car fenêtres avec carreaux brouillés, aucun sucre et coffee mate avec la machine à café dans la chambre, tapis dans les corridors pas très propres, matelas très mou

they charge for water bottles plus we were 3 people who booked the room and got just 2 towels , I asked for another towel which was never given.

The hotel was super clean, and there were no issues on checking in. My room was in a quiet corner on the 2nd floor.

No elevators (but only 2 floors). My room was above the bar / restaurant, so I was awakened around 11h30 with loud talking and laughter that lasted another 1 or so. Some super noisy guests who put their kids in the hallway to cry and scream at 3 am! Seriously loud and exaggerated, yawning for 30 min in the hallway by someone. The shower curtain was not waterproof and soaked with shower water and leaked all over the bathroom floor. I cleaned it up myself because of my final dislike: 200$ damage deposit and, upon checking out, I had to wait for the receptionist to inspect the room BEFORE getting my refund (which I got).

Easy check-in. Good and spacious rooms.

Someone tried to steal my car from the parking lot. Car was parked overnight and found door handle broken in the morning. Now I have to spend money from my pocket to fix it.
