The terrace apartment was everything promised. The dishes were ample for the 3 of us and the dinner table upstairs comfortably served for meals. The outside deck with table and chairs were really amazing as it overlooked the city and Mont Royal, including at night. Beds were comfortable and we liked having a washer & dryer inside the unit. When we needed to contact the property manager, they were very responsive. I would stay here again if in the area.

The entry could have been cleaner to be more welcoming. The apartment itself had a few chipped dishes and the floor could have been a little cleaner. These were described to the property manager who thanked us for our valuable feedback.

Ogromny apartament z 3 niezależnymi sypialniami i 2 łazienkami. Świetna lokalizacja. W pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. 2 minuty spacerem do stacji metra. Po zgłoszeniu problemowo z klimatyzacją technik pojawił się w krótkim czasie.

Konieczność uzupełnienia wyposażenia kuchni. Skomplikowany w obsłudze system ogrzewania i chłodzenia. Problem z klimatyzacją rozwiązany natomiast ogrzewanie załączało się w sposób losowy. Alarm elektronicznego zamka drzwi wejściowych załączał się nawet przy przechodzeniu innych gościu na skutek drgań na klatce schodowej.

The apartment was spacious and very well situated in the city. Super close to the metro, and there are many many restaurants around to choose.

It could have been cleaner. The floors were not swept everywhere. Some hairs and dust we're left behing. There is a door that was not closing in one bathroom shower, and the handle could use some maintenance as it was always falling. Also, I would recommand to change the matress. Mine was yellow with red/brown spots.

the property was very lovely, clean and spacious. there is jean coutu and starbucks at the end of the street. plenty of restaurants. there was a grocery store 15 minutes away.

there was no toilet paper when my friends& i arrived. we contacted the the customer service phone and messaged on bookings and we were told that we would get some the next morning and did not, so we went to the jean coutu down the street and purchase some. it was about disappointing to see a place so spacious but does not have any kitchen essentials as in dish soap, dish sponge, salt, etc. my friends& i also had to purchase that as well. there was also a dirty plate in the cabinet

L'emplacement et le loft étaient parfaits ! Mes employés étaient ravis de leur séjour.

L'hébergement nous a accusé de vol et a essayé de nous faire payer deux fois plus que ce que nous avions dépensé en hébergement. De plus, Bakan exerce ses activités de manière illégale au Québec, en faisant de la location courte durée dans des zones interdites, enlevant ainsi des logements du marché, et en n'ayant pas ou n'affichant pas de numéro d'autorisation. Enfin, je doute qu'ils déclarent tous leurs revenus. À éviter absolument.

The location is great. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

There was a slight issue with one of the toilets but thankfully they did come to take care of it. One bed was a little creaky.
