Very enjoyable - was close to the major parks, although we only were in town for a convention

This is a wonderful resort with plenty of amenities. The price is reasonable. It is close to all theme parks, outlet malls, and restaurants. 👍👍 I look forward to staying here again. 🙂

This property is great! There's so much to do just on the grounds! Plenty to keep kids and adults busy! Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean

Just know ahead of time the water park is an additional charge and not included in your room.

Positives included location to Universal; activities on site including Pirates Cove water park, bowling, and the arcade; and comfortable beds. Negatives were no access to Wi-Fi; a broken toilet that would not flush which they kept sending someone, but they couldn’t fix it which was a problem. Cleanliness wasn’t great; needs updating.

My family and I had a great time at Westlake despite the cooler than expected weather. The unit was clean and spotless. The space was very spacious in each area of the unit. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back. The price exceeded my expectations for the New Year weekend.

I gave a three star rating as the pool that was directly behind our building to use was being remodeled and under construction the entire length of our stay. We were woken up at the crack of dawn every morning to construction noise (Jack hammering, pressure washing, and air blower noise). The balcony was unable to be used due to the constant noise, and was covered in construction dust. Room was a bit dated, worn out, as furniture drawer handles/pulls were missing. The refrigerator door would continue to open and not shut properly. The floor was not vacuumed in the bedrooms as we found old ibuprofen pills and small toy parts by the beds. Upon arrival the very first time using the master bathroom, the toilet almost over flowed - Luckily we knew how to turn the water source to the toilet off and use the plunger to fix the problem. We also had to contact room service to get the little things like trash bags that we thought would be in the room at check in. The elevator floor was also being replaced/fixed upon arrival.

Was a bit skeptical with all the time share talk but was only asked once via a phone call and the rep quickly and kindly respected my response. We stayed 5 nights. Originally 4 and extended. Checkin was quick and easy. Villa was clean and very spacious. Plenty of towels on site. WiFi was useless, unless you have absolutely no way to get online I would just stick with data, probably the only let down of the place. Cell data was spotty also (AT&T). Not a dealbreaker since we were mostly there to sleep and rest only. Location is near a lot of attractions and had some good dining options within a 5-10 minute drive. The intersection by Whole Foods can get congested pretty bad, but manageable. Someone in our building complex (not our group) triggered the fire/smoke alarm at 4:30am one night, which was extremely annoying but obviously not the host or Westgate’s fault. Pretty sure someone decided to smoke in their room. Security was quick to respond. Nice knowing there’s security checking all cars that enter. Overall, we had a great time here. I would highly recommend a stay here. And I’ll definitely be back. Great value, definitely a steal via Vrbo! Host was also very nice and accommodating and quick to respond! Thank you!!!

The issue we had was with the room. We had roaches inside the villa the entire time we stayed. We called the front desk and they had a person from the property come out to spray, but only wanted to spray where we seen them. We tried to change rooms and they said that unless someone from our family was bitten, that they would not be able to switch us. The towel holder next to the sink in the mater bedroom was broken, and the shower in the master bedroom was spraying water over the glass wall onto the sink and mirror in the bathroom. This resort was recommended to us by others. Myself, and other family members thought about joining the resort, but after the weekend we had we canceled our tour of the property. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was very dissatisfied.

From Maryland It was AhMazing. We used to own Westgate property booking thru Vrbo provided us the vip service without the timeshare commitment. Great location to all the parks. My doordashers were great came to my door. Lots to do on the property. I have a hip injury and was worried about mobility support they have scooters on site no delivery or drop off. Shout of appreciation to Justin We will be back.

Bookingbthrough VRBO we thought we were getting a condo owned by an individual. The pictures were not of the actual unit. It showed as a 3 bedroom but only a 2. Only minimal supplies. Its is a resort/hotel experience whic.unfortunately not what i expected.

Lazy river is an up charge, Mini golf up charge Riding bikes also up charge Disappeared that these were not included in the price of our stay!

Everything was great except checking out. They tried to get us out an hour before we were suppose to be out. It was very rude

Nice amenities and very relaxing

Nice place. Not much too gripe about. The only thing that I will mention is that the property we were staying in had an "outer door" that was key operated with an inner door going to two different units. Our dumb neighbors locked the outer door from the inside negating the ability to use our keys. We were stuck outside and had to contact the front desk for new keys and security eventually came to unlock the door. Very annoying. Besides that, nice place but didn't really have time to enjoy any of the amenities as we were only there for two days.

We love the resort - clean, convienent to all Disney parks and restaurants as well as great pools and activities for the kids. Great service if we needed anything! The only thing I would say was frustrating was the check in process the lines where long but once we finally got to the front desk it was quick. Like other VRBO's I wish there was a code on the door and we could just ck in that way.

The rental was clean and pools were nice. Only negatives I can say is everything is cashless on resort and they put us in one bedroom unit and took about 30 minutes to fix. Other then minor inconvenience it was a very nice stay.

Very professional and accommodating

The rooms was everything advertised. Location to parks and everything you would need was excellent. Was not expecting the front desk to push a time share tour or be charged 300 dollars. Not sure why a credit card is needed to do a time share tour either. Other than the time share push really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice, not typical STR, stocked more like a hotel. No board games, kids dishes, etc. Did buy pillows from Walmart as those were very large and could of used more blankets.

Gorgeous property! We stayed on the ground floor facing the Lake. It was Beautiful! Very clean and the guest services and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Check out details states 11am it was actually 10am. I mentioned at the check in and they refused to help m3 out with this at all. The room was very nice but it's a huge resort and you are just another body, they really don't care to help you at all. Customer service was just meh.

The room has a lot of space for the family. There was a lot of activities and nice pools at the resort.
