Spring break

Room was as described and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everyone we spoke to with the staff was friendly and helpful. Wanted to try the on site restaurant but there was a 90 minute wait on a Sunday evening with what appeared to be empty barstools. This was told to the party ahead of us and we decided to leave and order uber eats, but would not have minded sitting at the bar if given the opportunity. The only concerning thing was a guest checking in next to us who had been there for some time eventually spoke to the staff loudly saying 'so you're saying my money is stolen and I shouldn't book with VRBO?' He more or less indicated that something had happened with the site and the hotel was not honoring his VRBO reservation. I hope he got it straightened out but such an experience can make one leery to use the site again! Other than that they do push timeshare tours by having a timeshare guy call the day before to confirm the reservation and attempt to book a tour, and at the front desk after giving directions to the room they again encourage you to stop by the entrance desk to 'learn more about the resort' which we skipped as we assumed it was going to be another sales pitch. But again very nice property only a little dated and I would stay here again.

The property manager is great to work with and been coming to Westgate Lakes for years love the location and the rooms are very spacious and the resort has everything you need from the restaurant to the pools ,bars and water park.

My third trip to Orlando and by far the best trip yet. This resort is located close to everything in Orlando. The staff and everyone was so great, very helpful. Everything you could possibly need is located at this resort. Will always stay here when in Orlando!

The room was great, clean and very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. However the staff do not keep up on being sure the pool is properly cleaned as it was an unusually windy day with leaves all over the pool to the point that resort guests were Cleaning the pool

Staff was bustling around the property early morning cleaning everything. Unit had basic the basic amenities and beds were fairly comfortable. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend a room away from the pool as the lights are on all night (even with blinds). Water park and internet are additional and a bit overpriced for what you get. But overall the room was nice.

Property was amazing. Staff was also great. Very friendly. Always quite and the views were great.

Windsor Lakes was one pleasant surprise after another. The units are clean and large. There are 7 pools and the little village for things to do. Right on Turkey Lake this resort is in the heart of orlando. Seaworld is around the corner. Universal and I Drive are like a 5 min drive.

The stay was great and the owner was wonderful. Our experience at Duffy's was TERRIBLE as well as our experience at the coral reef bar. My food had a hair in it and was ice cold. There wasn't many people in the restaurant and the service was terrible.

Didn't realize they wanted to sell you a time share. Rooms were old. Had our kitchen sink fall in, had to change rooms, had sugar ants, which was taken care off. Safe didnt work, never fixed it. Had lizard on balcony and after 2 hrs they finally came to get it. Area was quiet. rooms were of good size (had 2 bedrm suite). Pools were clean. Overall okay.

I would recommend keeping the water slide open longer. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Nice place. Condo was clean. However the outside of building/halls were dirty and it was honestly surprising and a bit shocking considering the amount of money we paid to stay there. Also-warning-coming from out of state we were looking for a place close to the Orange County Convention Center and this place was advertised as being .7 miles away--but it is actually across a highway so you must drive 3+ miles to get to the convention center. We had a lot of meetings there so hubby had to Uber. One main reason we chose this location was for its listed proximity so this was very disappointing. Also we tried to use the business center one time and after we finally found it they had a fire alarm and kicked us out and we were unable to print out our necessary documents and had to go to Office Max.

This place was very nice, clean and comfortable. The best place for a vacation or just to get away for a couple of days.

Overall...nice place. Space was sufficient as advertised. Had few issues...very minor...they contacted us immediately.

So many great things about this property: size and layout of condo, resort amenities, response time from housekeeping and maintenance, and location to our venues. I felt like we got such value for money. The only negatives were that our jacuzzi tub did not work and the loud pool party until 11:45pm right outside our room. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect accommodation for Orlando. It was a fun resort with great amenities. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable.

I was a bit unhappy with the current state of repair of this rental. There is little question in my mind that if I would have asked for repairs they would have happened but we did not want people in our place while we were on our vacation. Repairs should be done when the unit is not rented. I did get multiple calls asking if everything was good.

We had a great time at Westgate, the resort was as expected and in a great location.

When asked for a crib, I was informed that they property did have one. When we received the "crib" it was actually a "Pack n Play" not your traditional crib. Our son does not sleep well in those and each night we were there, he would wake up at 2am and we would have to put him in our bed with us, which resulted in no sleep. The rooms were a little dirty, (washing machine had dirt and hair left over, showers had a ton of black spots) other than that, was a nice location.

We were a little confused about what we were booking at first from the description on vrbo, it turned out to be a traditional hotel room at a large resort. Room was very nice and clean, great facilities on site. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The actual unit was not the one in the pictures--it was more like whatever comparable unit was available. We did still get every amenity exactly as listed so it didn't have a major impact, it was just a little surprising. The host/property manager were responsive. The crib listed is a pack-n-play, not a travel wooden crib so would work for smaller babies but not toddlers. The amenities at the property were great and everything went smoothly.

Few problems with the building, but they were solved in quick time.

Very nice place clean and pretty but the waiting time to check in 2 hours was too much.
