The home was in great condition. The only thing I noticed was the extra blankets that were in the closet had hair on them from previous guest. Bring pots if you’re planning to cook a lot. I would rent again.

The room was clean and we liked that. The beds are 2 twins not two double beds as stated in the listing. (Double beds mean full beds) overall it was a nice stay.

I had a lot of fun at the resort. It was clean on inside. Had an issue and security responded quickly. Lot of activities. store on campus was convenient. The beds were not as comfortable as it had been in the past stay. The mattress springs was worn out. The dresser had scratch marks and sofa had wear and tear on arm rest (both ends). Roaches were outside the room and I had not seen that in the past. I don't know if the trash was not picked up timely or they have cut back on pest control.

Check in was lengthy it’s a busy place. Property is nice and comfortable. In need of repairs and updates, but well maintained for its age. We would return. I think the price you pay should include the Waterpark.

Property was beautiful everything was great except parking I think each unit should have 1 assigned parking spot walking from the parking garage late at night a woman was not good

Place was so nice and plenty of room and room was as described. The amenities of the place however was very expensive and had to pay for the water park and everything to do there.

Westgate was within 15min drive of all the Disney parks, Disney Springs, 5min from SeaWorld and Universal was in the area as well. Water park was geared for younger kids, which was great for us. And the price was right. We would return.

We have enjoyed the property despite the Ian going through the state. Might want to consider more child friendly furniture - i.e. kids 3-5 y.o the corners of furniture are kinda a hazard for them, otherwise everything was good. Thank you.

The rental process was quick, efficient and easy. The unit was as described however much older and crying for a remodel. For a short stay it served its purpose. Thank you.

We started getting sick on the second day. Found out bathroom ceiling had a bubble in it that started leaking water and mold started bleeding through the paint. Unit had a “funky” old smell, probably due to mold. They did move us but water damage in that unit as well. Bed was like sleeping on a board very hard and uncomfortable. The first night our feet would get black on the bottom from walking on the tile floor in the unit that obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The tub had dried paint in the bottom of it. Would not recommend and would not stay here again! If I could I would post all the pictures I took of all these things but unfortunately they don’t have that option here. RENTER BEWARE

When we checked in the staff was friendly and took us to our room. We wanted to go to the splash pad only to find out it was an extra charge so we were VERY DISAPPOINTED!! That was the main reason we booked this place. I called the property manager and he was no help, I finally found it after searching for 20 mins in small print. Very disappointed 😞. The kids were sad and that was not the way to start off our Mother’s Day weeekend. We were not at the resort all day Saturday, when we got home at night the parking lot was PACKED and there was no where to park!! We drove around for at least 30 minutes, my husband ended up having to drop us off and continue to drive around. There were several cars also looking for spots. I text and called the front and their reply was there is parking outside your building, which there was not 😞. The next morning was Mother’s Day, I asked for an extra 30 mins- to an hour check out and was told no. So we had to rush out of the room. Unfortunately I do not think we will ever be back. Which really sucks because after the first 5 minutes of walking in I was already ready to see if we could extend our stay and stay an extra night longer. The splash pad was the biggest disappointment of all 😞

I’m just at lost of words for how things started with this trip. I was booked for one room but placed at an entirely different resort (which was horrible) toilet didn’t flush properly however I did speak with Jake ( who was nothing short of amazing ) . I didn’t get the room that was completely advertised but it was nice. Now to the sales manager (Julio) he down right and utterly disregarded my answer and proceeded to get loud with me slam the pen down and tell me I needed the gift more than him. I am truly disturbed at how he treated a woman in front of her kids. I won’t be staying there anymore!

This was our 3rd stay here. A quick 3 day stay. Everything was went well. Check-in took 5 min. My kids had a great time. Plenty of parking mid week. Great lake view too.

Perfect for families with older kids who love swimming! Had a great day just hanging out at the resort.

We had to switch rooms due to no ac after the first night of dealing with it being broken. Second room just as bad with no ac, doors for the bathrooms wouldn’t stay closed. And the workers driving around on the golf carts were rude when it came to assistance with parking. The good- the pool furthest away from the buildings, amazing and not busy at all. Heated to about 50 degrees made it perfect.

The place was nice and clean but the room we got was nothing like the pictures on Vrbo. Also you cannot control the A/C fan in you’re in the A unit. It runs all the time

This is a nice resort property and the rooms are big and in good condition. We didn't get to use the pools or waterpark much because it was a particularly cold week... but it looked fun and the kids would have definitely used it.

The grounds were beautiful. Nice place to stay. Very clean. Issue with hot water heater the first night but when we called maintenance they came right over to fix it. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom condo. The unit was very nice. It did, however, need some attention: we found two live roaches while we were there, the icemaker was broken and some basic kitchen items would have been appreciated. We contacted the property about these items. They were very responsive. They replaced the ice maker and asked how we wanted them to handle the roach issue. They didn't have hot pads, salt & pepper, non-stick spray, coffee filters - it is ridiculous to not have hot pads and to expect guests to purchase and provide simple things like S&P, spray and filters when they'll use just a small quantity during a typical stay, but need to buy full packages.My mother and I arrived mid-afternoon and had a great check-in experience. My sister and niece were due in after midnight, so I left their room key and parking pass with the concierge. But when they went to get them upon arrival, the two gals behind the front desk first seemed that they couldn't be bothered with helping them at all. Then they finally said they could give them a parking pass but couldn't make room keys because their system was shut down and suggested that they just come to our room, waking us up to let them in (at 2 am!!!) Finally a manager appeared, but he also said they couldn't make them new room keys. I'm not sure what they expected them to do?!? The staff seemed unconcerned.FINALLY, after about 15 minutes, at my sister's insistence, they walked the 30 feet from the front desk over to the concierge desk to look for the parking pass and room keys. The manager grabbed one stack of items and found nothing there for them. But my sister again had to insist that he look further. About 12 inches away from the first stack, he found another stack of paperwork which contained the parking pass and room key I had left for her . . . CLEARLY marked with her name on it. If the concierge desk is going to close (instead of being open 24/7 as they claim), they should move items they know will be needed to the front desk. OR the front desk staff should be trained to simply try to be helpful and go look for the items that are needed. It was ridiculous!It was an unfortunate start to our stay, but everything else was great after that.

The hotel it's more than what I expected, great location very nice and clean, this was a great experience!!!
