Located in a great area with tons of options for food and entertainment. Only opportunity was the actual check-in at the resort ... took us close to 40 mins from the time we entered to the time we walked about with room keys. Removing that, all other aspects of our trip was A+

Stayed here for work in the spring and thought my kids would love it. I was right!!! They had a blast!!!! We had a two bedroom villa with our own laundry (lifesaver) and a full kitchen. Everything was clean and well kept. We also had a screened in porch with a great view of a lake. Quite the sunset! They had daily activities that we wish we had time to take advantage of. Can’t wait to try them next year!!!!! Thanks to the staff that was very friendly. We had a great time.

Everything about the stay was great. Staff was very friendly Checkin was fast. Location was great for our trip to Universal.

This location was perfect for our stay. A group of us had a hair show at the convention center and this condo, was centrally located. We didn't have time to check out the grill, pool and arcade. But my group would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family getaway! The staff was great, the restaurants offered a variety of meals and everything we had was delicious, and there was so much to do without even leaving the resort!!!

Property was right in the middle of Universal, Sea World and Disney. Very easy to get to all the properties. Crowd was a little suspect outside the lobby, but felt more secure once inside the property. Rooms were nice and clean. No issues there.

Overall loved the property and location. Most of the staff was nice. We had some challenges during our stay 1. Wifi is not included and when you pay for it... speed is terrible. 2. Sooo many bugs in the room. They obviously don't use pest control services. 3. Parking is a nightmare. We were forced to walk carrying a newborn in a car seat a pretty far distance. They said we could use the shuttle but it was very inconsistent. Parking by the unit is scarce and the garage is very far away. 4. Hassled over sitting thru a timeshare presentation. 5. Traffic jams were consistent around the property and very frustrating to have to plan extra time to get off the property. Other than that the property is in a great location and the waterpark is awesome.

The property was well located for visiting the major parks. Loved that the pools were heated and also the variety. There were more activities offered than we were able to enjoy. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay!! We had a little check in issue but Jake was so attentive and available. Our villa was very spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The resort was great! Lots for the kids to go off and do and plenty of pools!

Very nice resort with lots of onsite amenities. Very close to the parks & other attractions. The condo was clean and spacious. The only negative was the Wi-Fi - it’s quite slow and is an unsecured network so we couldn’t connect our video baby monitor. Otherwise we had a great time & would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Great location. Staff all happy and willing to help. Lots of pools for the kids to use. Rooms were nice, if we had any issues it didn't take long for us to have someone there to look at it and fix it (simple issues like a window we opened and got stuck).

Rooms were spacious and clean. Water park and pools were great. Plenty to do without leaving the resort

They had a haunted Halloween trail that was soo much fun. Very sweet. All the staff were friendly.

The reason we choose this park is because our older moms, since they were not goi g to dianey, they would stay at the waterpark. It was $20 a day per person.

I am disabled and my husband is my caretaker. He tried to go in as it was a long walk and check in for us as we do at every property or hotel we have ever stayed at. They refused to allow him to check in and told him I had to be the one to do it. Once I finally reached check in they apologized and said that never should have happened if he had the same last name. But there was nothing they could do for us as wed have to talk with the welcome center and they were closed to the next day. We considered cancelling because it was going to rain all weekend and we didn't find out until we got to the property that we would have to pay extra for every activity advertised on the listing.. I had payed for insurance to be able to do so. But again no one was available to help us because we booked through VRBO. Once we got to the room their was a broken blind laying on the table. But we were so tired at this point. We just said whatever. Well that evening when we went to close the blinds to the living room. The entire blind and rod fell down onto my toddlers forehead who was at my husband's feet. He got a huge knot and big bruise. We do have pictures. Then an hour or so later my husband went to wash some clothes and that huge heavy door fell off the track. Thankfully it wasn't one of my children and toddlers that opened the door. It could have killed them. I notified the owner since the welcome center was closed and he could care less about the wellbeing of my children and just told me he was sorry and to call maintenance. We only had two nights there and the last thing we wanted to do after dealing with a terrible check in process and my baby getting hurt was then to spend time with maintenance in my room. This has been a hugely disappointing and dangerous experience through VRBO. We would love to use your company again but now feel very leery and even just concerned that a property could be dangerous. I had even filtered it out as the best properties for families with children who were still in cribs. Again I do have pictures of the blinds having fallen down, my cruing toddler and his smashed head, and the missing door. If you need them.

If I had to choose again, I definitely would, everything on site and close by‼️

It was ok... very crowded. The dishwasher was broken and they did not fix it. There were some other minor issues, but it was good overall.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Any questions I had they answered throughly and accurately. I loved the place so much I am interested in becoming an owner.

We were a family of 9 with 11 being the youngest. We arrived during a HUGE storm and power outage and the staff was amazing. We were by the best pool since it had a deep end. The “social “ pool by the pirate cove was alcohol centered and unsuitable for kids. None of the activities scheduled occurred (pool dance party, nir I ecream social). The pirate cove is 20$ a person which was laughable because there was nothing special about it! The slide was small and so was the pool. The ice cream vending machines were empty and the ice cream shoppe had terribly slow workers but big scoops. The walk around the campus was pleasant. The food onsite was good. We had wanted to use the kitchen more but the knives were useless and there were no cookie sheets or hotpads. All communication was quick through text. The security was timely. We reported marijuana in the unit below ours because of the stench. Great location. Awesome beds!! Loved the screened in patios.

Property was very nice and had plenty of space and very good location for Universal Studios. Pictures online were very accurate. The only negatives about this property was the parking, we had to park way down from where our room was both days and the internet was very spotty even though you pay a daily rate for it. Other than that we had a great stay.

The property was great. There's so much to do, my kids were never bored. The restaurants were all good ( even though they were really short staffed) but so is everywhere else. Our room was beautiful. The location is 10-15 minutes away from everything! And the staff was always so nice and helpful. We're definitely booking here again.

We spent a short weekend on-site while in town for my childrens sports team. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after walking many miles each day. The only negative for us was the one at check-in. We did enjoy the ride to our room via golf cart!

Would stay there again.
