Great location and spacious apartment

Mould and condensation issues on bathrooms and dishwasher. Upstairs neighbours partied three nights in a row until 3am despite us requesting them to turn music and singing down. We departed one night early in search of sleep as we had our 4 children with us.

The environment and the rooms are quite cosy. The kitchen was very good. I loved the kitchen.

The customer service was bad. On arrival, we were asked to pay £300 deposit, which is not stated on booking.com. That deception caused some discomfort. If there are additional charges, it's important to know before the clients get there. What if I planned my stay with a certain amount and this unplanned amount comes to add up, it may affect my costs. Again, we stood outside in the cold -2° for almost an hour before we could have access to the building. We also had issues on the second day. When we returned, there was no access to the building before getting into the flat. The workers couldn't give us a code that would permit us access to the building so we stood outdoors for almost an hour until we couldn't stand in the cold and called a neighbour who was benevolent to open the building for us to enter. Even after that, the owners never called to find out if we had had access to the building. Again, two hours prior to our exit time, electricity access and that of the Internet were put off, and we struggled to use the Internet. I wonder if a hotel would do that. To restricted access to electricity and Internet 2 hours before your exit. Lastly, the beds were too small. This made us uncomfortable.

The location was perfect, the staff were accommodating and let us drop our luggage off.

It needs painting and the shower room needs some TLC. Also too small for 6 people.

The location of the property was excellent, the hosts were very communicative when we had a couple of issues on arrival.

The lock box was quite hard to access.

The location was fabulous. just a minutes walk from the centre. on the whole the place was comfortable.

Both bathrooms were awful and needed totally replacing. the main bathroom shower didn’t work at all and the electrics were hanging from the ceiling. Because of this 5 of us had to use the ensuite shower. This was filthy and full of mould. both toilets were stained. the blinds in the property could do with a good clean too. water in a vase dirty. no full length mirrors or any mirrors in the two smaller bedrooms.

Location is excellent!

Only 1 shower worked.
