Excellent location for day trips to London. A very modern apartment - excellent.

Slightly noisy late at night (only because we stayed a Friday and Saturday night) with party-goers on a night out.

Great flat suited our needs for our trip. Everything was provided that we needed.

Definitely didn't like the area and the fact there's no parking. I was followed back to the apartment from the car park.

The apartment was clean, it was in a great, central location and we had excellent support from customer service

The location was perfect for us. Very close to where we parked and within a few minutes walk of Reading Train station. Followed the easy instructions (with codes) that were emailed to us to access the building and also the apartment itself. No problem. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed for a stay of two nights.

Lovely laundered cotton sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases (there were 4 pillows - great) BUT, the bed. So uncomfortable and lumpy, you could feel the individual springs almost coming through - made for a terrible nights sleep The mattress was clean. But there was no mattress protector or covering on it! A minor issue was the street noise (we live in the country where it's very quiet) - We expected this to a certain extent, it's in the middle of a busy city. The double and secondary glazing definitely helped to reduce the noise.

I did not received the instructions of how to get in the building neither the passwords so I had to call the company to try to get them. I didn't like that. Also the payment method was not through booking and I needed to send my id and the people I was traveling with also, that was annoying

I am delighted with this hotel, the apartments are very clean, the apartments have literally everything you need. a washing machine, a dishwasher, even a stove to cook food and a kettle and a toaster and a huge two-chamber refrigerator. the bed is very good in the room. very warm. you can turn off the batteries if it's hot, or turn on the batteries if it's cool. TV works great, internet works great. accessibility is excellent. near the shopping center, shops Parking, not far there is a post office, banks, cafes. everything you need, everything is nearby. thank you very much!
