ongoing construction work euston station - siffering bed during the night, icould not sleep at all and left the apartment there was no opportunity to get another stidio at this place. the staff member as helpful, however, the "cellar studio" (downstairs) included mould - do not take a room or studio there! (a foto will be following - no view, mouldy wall, called "souterrain" - however, cellar ...)

staff were very nice

tiny room in the basement, hair on towels and bedsheets, spiders, you could hear the trains or metros very clearly, walls paper thin, no room to even sit on the toilet

Staircase is steep for lower floors for those with bigger suitcases no other issues

Was given an economy room which was more like a broom cupboard- I needed an accessible room which is non existent I wouldn’t recommend this place - avoid at every cost

Good value for money. Perfect for a trip where you need somewhere to put your head and shower. No frills. Check in was so simple

Wouldn't be sufficient if you wanted to spend a lot of time in the room as quite small

Close to mainline Station and bus services ideally situated

My only complaint bathroom was small but I am large 6ft 2"

i guess the kitchen worked fine, but other than that, everything was disappointing

location changed, type of room changed, floor changed, there were pieces of hair on the towels and in the bed as well as in the shower, the room was aesthetically very disappointing (dirty-looking bed, armchair and floor etc), and the toilet brush was in a disgusting condition, the check-in was unhelpful, we had to go to the reception to ask for more tp (we only got 1 and we had to use it also as a teatowel)

Fully equipped room with kitchen and bathroom. Close to buses, trains and underground.

Room was tiny Had to go to a different property of theirs to pick keys up then walk back , no staff on site at all at our one, glad it was only a one night stay

Location is good very close to bus and train stations. Room is clean and all facilities are ready.

Room is very small but no problem cz we knew it when making the booking. Our room was on 3rd floor it's hard to carry big luggage using stairs.
